Established in 1994, International Institute of Hotel Management is the largest chain of premier hospitality and hotel management schools across India. Situated in Rajasthan, IIHM Jaipur is one of eleven IIHM campuses located nationally and internationally. The institute was ranked at 48 and 66 by The Week and India Today, respectively, for Hotel Management.

The flagship course at IIHM Jaipur is Bachelors in Tourism Studies, awarded by IGNOU Delhi. Candidates must clear 10+2 or equivalent with English as a mandatory subject. Final selection of candidates is based on their IIHM eChat scores, followed by a Personal Interview. IIHM Jaipur fees is Rs 1.30 Lakhs per year. In addition to BTS, IIHM Jaipur courses include BA, BSc, Diploma and Certification Programs.

IIHM Jaipur grants 15% Tuition fee is waived for candidates who score above 80% in aggregate in HSC. 30% Tuition fee is waived for those who score above 90% in HSC. NGO sponsored candidates and defence personnel are eligible for scholarships as well.

IIHM has a pool of Global faculty in the hospitality and culinary fields. The global faculty is headed by Prof David Foskett, author of the World famous “Practical Cookery & Theory of Hospitality and Catering”, along with Keith Edgar, a famous Wine Educator from the USA. Joining them is award-winning wine consultant and author, Peter Honigh (MW). Mr. Ron Scott, International Whiskey expert from Scotland and Chef Ranveer Brar are celebrated international faculties of the institute. Legendary Prof David Foskett is the Professor of Eminence at IIHM.
