CLAT 2022 has been rescheduled to 19 June 2022 for UG and PG programs. The last date to submit the CLAT 2022 Application form has also been extended to 9 May 2022. The authorities have specified no upper age limit for appearing in CLAT 2022. However, the candidates need to satisfy the eligibility criteria for the course in which they are seeking admissions. CLAT 2022 will be held in pen and paper mode. The candidates who will ace the exam will be eligible for admissions to the 5 year LLB and LLM program.
What is CLAT?
CLAT is a national-level Common Law Test. It is the gateway for admissions to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law programs. These programs are offered at 22 participating NLUs and more than 60 affiliated colleges/universities.

There are various Law colleges all over India that accept the CLAT score exams to provide admission to its UG and PG law courses. If one cracks the CLAT 2022 exam, the candidate will be eligible for admissions to BA LLB, BSc LLB, BCom LLB, BTech LLB, BBA LLB, BA LLB (Hons.), BSc LLB (Hons.), BCom LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB (Hons.), and LLM courses.

The Registration dates for CLAT 2022 have not been disclosed by CNLUs yet. The consortium has extended the last date to fill the CLAT 2022 application form to 9 May 2022. The candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to fill the Application Form of CLAT 2022.

The Consortium of NLUs usually does not provide a further chance to correct the CLAT application forms. However, CLAT 2021 was an exception as the CNLUs increased the number of Exam cities due to COVID-19. Therefore, candidates were allowed to update their preferences for cities, as well as review and edit their name, date of birth, and reservations category if it needs any correction.

The Consortium of NLUs conducts CLAT 2022 Counselling for the invited candidates through an online centralized process. The CLAT 2022 Counseling process will be done as per the CLAT 2022 Exam Dates scheduled by the conducting authorities.
