What is AILET?
All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is an entry-level university examination. It is conducted by the National Law University (NLU) annually. The candidates are shortlisted based on the scores secured in the exam. The qualified students of the examination get admission to NLU, Delhi. The candidates seeking admission to the programs offered by the National Law University (NLU) wiz., BA LLB (Honors), LLM, and PhD need to register for the entrance exam. AILET 2022 will comprise 5 sections- English, Reasoning, Legal skills, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.

The AILET 2022 Rank Card contains personal, results/marks, and other information as listed below:-
AILET counseling will be held in the National Law University (NLU) campus and the candidates must attend the counseling process with valid documents. Candidates must get admission to different courses based on the rank secured in the examination.
NLU will release the cutoff of AILET based on various factors including the difficulty level of the question paper, the total number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the average performance of the candidates, and reserved category candidates. Based on the cut-off marks, NLU will call the candidates for the AILET Counselling process. As per the previous year's paper analysis, the cut-off was high compared to the last year.

Figures of 2019 AILET
A total of 18,583 students appeared in last year for AILET exam, which was held across the country on May 5. Saumya Singh topped the exam, with 93.25 marks out of 150. Male candidates bagged 29 of the top 50 ranks.

Ans. A good score as expected would be 73 out of 100 for unreserved categories. And for the reserved category, marks of 50 for 100 would do good.
