Recent legal developments can affect how a familiar rule is tested. Important judgments and changes in legislation should therefore be read with the related subject instead of being kept as a separate list of headlines.

AILET LLM Question Style

The paper uses multiple-choice questions. A question may ask for the correct rule, the effect of a judgment, the meaning of a legal idea or the result when a rule is applied to a short set of facts. Exact subject counts are not fixed in the official pattern.

Using the AILET LLM 2026 Paper

The verified 2026 LLM paper has 100 questions and keeps the official numbering from 1 to 100. It is useful for checking how much detail a question expects and how different law subjects are mixed in one paper.

AILET LLM Study Plan

Start with core LLB subjects and revise one subject at a time. Add recent judgments to the related subject notes. Full papers should then be used to practise switching between subjects within the two-hour limit. Since a wrong answer costs 0.25 mark, guessing without narrowing the options can reduce the score.
