A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Govt. of Kerala or any examination equivalent thereto with at least fifty percent marks in Mathematics separately and aggregate of fifty percent marks in Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade for 50% of Merit seats , and aggregate of 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade for 50% Management seats. Candidates belongs to Socially and Educationally backward classes will have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.

Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) examination from a recognized board.

Must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Must have minimum 45% aggregate in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry

Selection is primarily based on KEAM / Common Entrance Exam ranks as per Government and management norms.
