Eligibility & Selection Criteria The candidate should possess at least 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalents grade in master’s degree level. The admission is based on a written entrance examination (4 times a year, Jan, April, Aug and Nov.) followed by an interview.

Applicants who have qualified national wide examinations, UGC-NET (including JRF)/joint UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ICAR (ASRB)-NET/ICMR JRF/DBT-JRF/NBHM are exempted from entrance examination and will appear directly to the discussion meeting for PhD enrolment. The national fellowship holders and potential DBT INSPIRE applicants are welcome to contact the faculties of their research interest.
