Eligibility Criteria For PhD Admission

The eligibility criteria for PhD admission are as follows:-

  • Master's degree or equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate, or relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates.
  • 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree with Honours and Research, with at least 75% marks in aggregate, or a relaxation of 5% for reserved categories.
  • M.Phil. programme completion with at least 55% marks in aggregate, or a relaxation of 5% for reserved categories.
  • Equivalent qualifications from foreign educational institutions accredited by approved assessment and accreditation agencies are also eligible.
