On Wednesday, 29th March 2023, the Placement Cell of the School of Law at NMIMS, Indore Campus, conducted the prestigious 'Lex Finesse - The Legal Workshop'. Several enthusiastic law students attended the workshop on campus. The event aimed to provide students with valuable insights into various legal topics of inquiry.

Advocate Samridhi Hota, a Principle Associate in P & A Law Office's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, graced the workshop. She has extensive experience drafting and briefing senior advocates in a variety of matters and disputes before the High Court, Supreme Court, and Tribunals. She has also represented clients in American, South Asian, and Canadian companies.

Advocate Hota informed the students about the opportunities available in the legal profession and how they can achieve success. She answered all questions students had about CV building and pointed out common mistakes students make when creating their CVs. She stressed the importance of academics and extracurricular activities in shaping students' futures. The importance of attending events that suit the student's academic calendar was also highlighted by her.

In addition, Advocate Hota stressed the importance of publications in helping students discover their true calling. Additionally, she spoke about the importance of network building for students in the legal field. Aside from that, she advised students to keep their spirit and work hard since rejections are a part of life that always push you forward. The students gained valuable insights from the session as a whole.
