RVITM MCA Management Quota Admission Process

  • The candidate must obtain an allotment order from the Management Office and then report to the Admission Section at RVITM Campus to complete the document verification.
  • Provide student details and pay the fees by mentioning the student name, mobile number, and branch name on the back of the DD / UPI receipt. The fee can be paid using NEFT / UPI and submit the transaction slip to the Cashier in person.
  • Complete the application process after submitting the DD / UPI details, then the candidate will be allowed to enter the application form in the systems. The candidate and parent have to affix signatures and submit all the necessary documents as per the instructions.

Documents Required for RVITM MCA Management Quota Admission

The candidates must submit the originals and two sets of photocopies of the below-listed documents:

  • PGCET-2024 Rank sheet or KMAT-2024 scorecard
  • 10th and 12th Marksheets
  • All Semester Marksheets of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate and Study Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (if the student studied outside Karnataka)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Photocopy of PAN Card & Aadhaar Card of Parent
  • 2 recent color passport-size photographs
