- Faculties and Management team are really helpful for students. They listen you carefully untill your problem doesn't solve.
- No doubt college infrastructure is good and it is built on acres of land. All departments are seperated and well maintained also. Cleaning and maintenance is the first priority there.
Dislikes
- Campus Life is not good enough. If you're going to this college with thinking of good campus Life then wait you might be wrong.
- Other thing is college should provide placements and a seperated department should be for interships and placements.
Remarks :
First of all, DS College is the best college and ranked college in Aligarh District. The second for choosing this college is the admission process is quite honest with it, this college was affiliated with DBRAU Agra but now it is affiliated with Raja Mahendra Pratap University. The average cutoff is 100 to 110 for the general category in bcom and other courses cutoff is not so difficult to crack for an average student.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had a commerce background in my 12th so I chose it over any other course. The faculties of the college are experienced enough for good teaching and overall mastering of their field. If I talk about exams, I had an annual exam that was held once a year but now all courses are semester-wise. Exams are to be conducted two times a year. And the difficulty level is mid-level.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't choose any internship there or college-related. I chose an internship at the bank of America in the field of investment banking. I chose it manually through my search. DS College provides you with internships in any recognized private organizations if you are beyond the average student. You can go for it.
Placement Experience :
The only placement will help you if you have done your master-level course and to be honest this college doesn't give placements. It's a harsh truth about this college. It's really, this college has good face value.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college per year fee of bcom is 4000/- per year and the tuition fee is 1200/- per month. So I calculated 8 months for the best preparation. It will be 1200*8 = 9600. The total cost is 13600/- per year. And there is an extra fee for the library around 200 to 300/- per year. It is optional.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is going to be crazy if you're going to this college. Most of the time college has conflicts between the top management team and student leaders. There is no club life there Lol ????. If you want to enjoy this club life then you have to attend only the 26 January, and 15 August programs. College infrastructure is good no doubt. All departments and classes are separated. All books are related to your academics and as well as any competition exam.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't choose a hostel but I had a few friends who chose a hostel. I used to ask about their hostel experience, they said it is overall average and enough good for maintaining average class food and safety of their students.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
