- Decent amount of focus on academics. The college follows a uniform rule and it helps every one stay disciplined
- The professors are very helpful and kind. They are always open to offer guidance.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is poor with poor labs and classrooms
- Less to almost no extra curricular activities are held in the college
Remarks :
The admission process is through the AKTU-Counselling which provides admission in colleges on the basis of your jee mains rank. Starting this year the college has also converted into a university which takes admission in the computer science related courses directly through on campus enquiries.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The professors in the college are highly qualified and have a good amount of teaching experience. Although the syllabus is not very updated( fault of aktu through which the college is affiliated) yet the professors provide good education and help students prepare for the exams. The unit exams are held three times every semester which are of moderate difficulty and cover all type of probable questions for the semester examinations. There is an additional examination held at the end of semester for the weak students only who wish to improve their scores.
Internships Opportunities :
I'm presently doing an off campus internship at a startup without any stipend. The company is a product based company and i work as a java developer in the company as an intern. The internship was for a period of 3 months .
Placement Experience :
Companies like microsoft and adobe visit the campus every year. The highest on campus package offered was 57 lpa a couple years back and the average package is around 5-6lpa. 60-70% students get placed every year on an average
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for the first year is 1,37,000 total which includes 3000 for the books,6000 for the wifi and the rest amounts to tuition fees ,lab fees . Starting second year the fees is 1,17,000 for the entire year. Fees for the books and wifi is one time for the entirety of the course . There is no type of scholarship available in the college
Campus Life :
College life is not that great . The college has strict rules . Although there are a lot of clubs in college like the photography club, coding clubs(gdsc,mmil,ncs) ,etc they are not very active and rarely organise any mini event in the college. There is an annual fest named zealicon which is held every year in may which is a three day fest. Its not very great .
Hostel Facilities :
There is not enough rooms available in the hostel of the college for boys . There are a lot of pgs available nearby in a 1km radius. I live in a pg outside . The hostel inside the campus has an ac hostel and a non ac hostel for the boys. The food quality is decent and the rooms are not very large as well

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
