- We have a fully AC library with the most comfortable seats and end number of books for every subject
- The faculty here is the best anyone can ask for. They are helpfull and very knowledgeable.
Dislikes
- Timings of classes are very lengthy, it starts from 8 30 in the morning till 4 30 , though we get a break in between of 1 hour but when we come back from college 60% of the day is gone.
- There are less food outlets in the campus though retail shops are present
Remarks :
The best part about the college is that it is situated in delhi ncr region. Metro station is just 7 minutes away from the campus. Unlike many colleges hostel are provided within the campus. If you have to take admission in this college you have to first give NEET exam and score minimum 530+ marks as the cutt off for this college is the highest among all the private colleges of Uttar pradesh.
Course Curriculum Overview :
MBBS is of 5.5 years including 1 year of internship. This cirriculam is followed all around India and is fixed by the National medical Council of India. Our course includes total of 19 subjects during whole MBBS. The faculty here at SMSR makes all the subject look so easy that we ends up making interest in each and every subject. The faculty member of every department is so helpful and very understanding. They have knowledge of anything and everything about there subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
In MBBS it is mandatory to do an internship of 1 year. We can do this internship in sharda hospital itself which is attached to our college. Every month during internship we are payed stipend which is fixed by the Uttar pradesh government every year.
Placement Experience :
We do get internship within the college campus as sharda hospital is located just besides our college. Placements are offered only when we complete our 1 year of internship. It's our choice whether we get the placement or give NEET pg exam and do our further studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fees is 12,62,319 per year , and miscellaneous charges is around 80,000 per year which includes everything. This fees applies to all students as the admission in this college is given on the basis of cut off and not on reservation categories. Scholarships are not provided but yes education loans are given. The fees is fixed by the government and doesn't increases.
Campus Life :
Every year university fest is been organized with the name "CHORUS" . Along with this many fest in SMSR are also organized in which we can take part. Dance, music , theatre , literature clubs are also there. Along with this every year sports fests are also organizes for MBBS students. We have a very huge sports complex with both indoor and outdoor games.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel in MBBS is compulsory. Hostel fees for two seater room AC is 175000 and for non AC is 150000. We have to pay this fees once a year. The mess is very hygienic and serves good quality of food. We get four meals in a day. We also get seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our warden is also very caring and looks after our safety.

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
