- Facilities and infrastructure of our college are good. There are so many books available related to our courses in our library. Wi-Fi connection is stable in computer labs, all computers are updated and in working condition. classrooms are maintained and have projectors. The food served in the hostels is good. We get a variety of dishes every day. Non vegetarian food is not allowed.
- There are Basketball, football, tennis, badminton, cricket, handball and hockey courts.
Dislikes
- Semester results got delayed most of the time, practical examinations held after a long gap of semester examinations most of the time, minor subjects marks are not accurate of most of the students. We have to pay 500 INR for re evaluation of obtained marks of each subjects. Librarian issues old edition of damaged books most of the time
- If we missed any of our practical examination due to any emergency we have to pay 2000 INR for re examination of each practical examination. minor subjects examinations are not held with semester examinations. Political Campaigning disturbs our classes during elections. Only Professional courses have Uniforms in our University.
Remarks :
The curriculum is well balanced and updated with the current needs and requirements regarding the job profile, the quality of teaching is way more good as i think about this college, campus is environment friendly with different kinds of greenery all around, admission is on the basis of University entrance test cutoff marks and merits according to their reservation.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because it is very interesting, through this course we can study about living organisms' habitats, survival etc, Teachers are well qualified, their teaching quality is good enough, they teach us about good things for our careers. All the professors here are really helpful to all the students in the classroom and provide knowledge of course, they are student friendly and clear the doubts anytime we approach them. Our college makes us ready for the industry. Exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage for UG courses is 50%, our college conducts cultural events, inter college competitions, extracurricular activities, etc. We have NSS and NCC Clubs.
Internships Opportunities :
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship this summer and now have very valuable experience under my belt, I worked as Sales representative in HDFC bank with stipend of 12000. I learned that customer service is hard. You can not please everyone. So many private sector banks & Companies visits our college for internship in customer service like HDFC, Reliance, Tata motors, Maruti Suzuki etc
Placement Experience :
As I have joined this course in 2022 so don't have much idea regarding placement but as per the sources it's quite well. The placements approach from wide range of locations thus providing the students with more options and good exposure.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tuition fee for BSc Biology is INR 11950 per year, Social Welfare Department of State government provides financial aid for students on the basis of their merits and reservation, The total tuition fee for MGKVP Varanasi B.Sc in Biology is INR 36000, it's almost same in past few years.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is good and beautiful. There are lots of activities in which students can engage themselves like there are various types of sports such as Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, etc and also there are various cultural activities. Library is good the upkeep is very average like most things in library but it has huge collections of books, it have some excellent collections too which you cannot see if you don't know someone there and have some connections, The University infrastructure is impressive, with well equipped libraries accessible to all students. Classrooms are huge and spacious.
Hostel Facilities :
Our University has 5 hostels, 4 for boys and 1 for girls with accommodation of 600 students. All the hostels have water purifiers, studying rooms, recreation rooms, Mess, TV, laundry services, security and surveillance system etc. The quality of the food is quite good with healthy, nutritious and very affordable for hostel students.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
