- in most dental colleges students have a difficult time integrating the studies of the first two years and the last two years. However, at ITS things are different. Here, the students are made aware of the clinical aspects of dentistry from their first week itself in the form of clinical postings and early induction programs.
- Students are posted in the clinical departments of the hospital from their first week itself so that they can get hands on experience of working with patients early on. This is unique in ITS Dental College. The students get clinical experience and patient exposure from their first week itself.
Dislikes
- The male to female ratio is very low, but that is the story of most Dental colleges nowadays. in our batch among 100 students, Only 18 students are male and the rest are female.
Remarks :
The admission procedure was fairly simple. Everything was conducted through the NEET examination and counselling process. The safe score required to get an admission would be somewhere around 300. The highest score at which admission was given this year was 620/720. The college has great overall performance and academic success. Despite being a private college, the college follows government curriculum of the atal bihari vajpayee medical university in Lucknow which is a state government owned university in uttar pradesh. The academic calender and exam curriculum is top notch.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty members are all very experienced and talented. Almost all of them are alumni or ex faculty members of prestigious institutes of india such as MAMC and KGMU. The teaching method is great and the student faculty interaction is very good. The faculty is cooperative, and helpful. Moreover every 5 students are assigned a personal mentor, who also happens to be a faculty member, to help students with all kinds of problems, specially the academic ones.
Internships Opportunities :
Many prestigious hospital chains and companies offer direct jobs and placements from the ITS dental College campus such as, Fortis, Max, Apollo, and Clove dental clinic. fresh BDS graduates, are offered opportunities and jobs by the campus, and they are even paid handsome amounts in the form of stipends.
Placement Experience :
The direct placement and job opportunities are very good. Many prestigious Hospital chains and clinics such as Fortis, Max, clove, dental clinics, and Apollo are some examples of direct recruiters from the ITS Dental campus. The average annual packages of fresh interns are 15,00,000/- per annum. Apart from this the ITS graduates often get jobs at the private specialty dental clinic of ITS itself.

The fees increases slightly every year. Campus Life :
There are two annual fests conducted by the ITS group of colleges. Apart from this hostel day, pg day, and birthdays are also celebrated in the college, to make the campus feel like a ‘Home, away from home.’ OCCLUSION: The first being OCCLUSION fest which is an inter college festival, where different medical and dental colleges from all over India compete with each other over a period of three days in different fields, such as dance, drama, fashion, and sports. The end of the event is marked by a DJ or Celebrity night, with a concert. EUPHORIA: The second fest is euphoria, which is an annual intra college festival where students of all four years compete with each other in sports, dance, music, and fashion. The winners are awarded by the director of the college. The first night of the festival is known as the celebrity night, with past performances from Shaan, Baadhshah, Mohit Chauhan, Benny Dayal, etc.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality and menu is good. The mess food is hygienic, nutritious, and tasty. The menu changes every month so that the students don’t have to eat the same food for long. The food served at the base is always hot. The hostel rooms are easily available. However, the choice of the room and the choice of roommate is considered first come first serve basis.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
