Pros and cons of sharda University
Likes
- The infrastructure in collage is much better. Campus life is good .
- Building are so preety and we have cafes , resturant, parlour everything inside the campus
Dislikes
- The campus is a little small and congested.
- Auditorium is a bit small. We have more than 4 auditorium but the size of only 1 is big
Remarks :
Firstly ,The world is here. And they have their own hospital so that for the practice it will be easy . Faculties are too good and supportive. Fest are amazing and collage events are up to mark . I guess you should go for it
Course Curriculum Overview :
I had choosen this course because this is in demand now a days and it's a new course (4 years ago this course was launched) it's in demand now a days. Professors are well qualified and experienced. We have 2 semesters. In 1st semester we have a mid sem. And a end semester. Paper are not that easy you have to study a lot
Internships Opportunities :
No I didn't . But my senior had provided some information about that. Different hospitals also offer you job. And in complition of 1st also you can do practice in hospitals. But u will not get paid for it. In complition of 2nd year you will get paid of internships
Placement Experience :
Here placement are good. Many companies come here . I guess the highest package in my couse is 8l per annum . 80% student get placement from this collage. It's only upto you how much you study and score
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
You have to pay this money in 2 semester And addmission fees will be of 30k. Examination fees 5000. You have to give Addmission fees in 1st semester only. Here faculties are good and placement are also good.
Campus Life :
Collage life is too good here. We have fest in December. We have two libraries one in each department and a central library where u will get every books of you r need. Sports event are also held here. There are so many clubs here and you will so much opportunities from there for example fashion club,dance club,music club, euphoria club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
I don't live in campus. But my friends who stayed there they only complaint about laundry. But I had taken a out side hostel name Stanza living chicago house. It's better than every hostel near to me.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
