- There are a lot of things to do ,a lot to learn and develop your personality.
Dislikes
- There are a lot of classes scheduled in the week which may make the day hectic .
- Not a great start-up culture , as it is slowly slowly developing
Remarks :
There was not any group discussion or PI for admission in this college. The admission was purely merit based as per your rank in the JEE main. The college has reputation not just in the state but also in northern india and it also attained remarkable NIRF 84 recently. It has a great alumni base and a golden legacy . These were some of the factors that made me choose the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The method of their teaching is good and can be understood if listened carefully , the faculty can also be approached if needed , there is not any problem in that. The exams are conducted like 2 minor exams , practicals and major or end semester examination per semester . The difficulty is moderate and can be scored great is studied properly and see the PYQs.
Placement Experience :
The placements are nice here. You can refer the stats too. For the session 2019-2023 the average package stood at 6.8 LPA while the highest package went to 52 LPA . Overall a total of 973 offers were made by the recruiters visiting the campus. The internship is also provided by the college in the Indian Railways for 60 days approx after second year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fees for the course for session 2023-27 was as follows:- for the first year it was 91300 for which includes 5000 as caution money . from the second year onwards it is 86300 per year. The fees includes all the college fee only(excluding hostel and mess). There are scholarships options also available , the one is provided by the up state government and also there are other options available as provided by the alumni which is merit based.
Campus Life :
The campus life is all what all we need for , so same is the story here . A lot of options awaits here for you to explore . The infrastructure wise the college is decent with all the necessary amenities. The social life is also great . The senior-junior bond is great here . You will get help from seniors in every aspect . The seniors are very helpful. There are a lot of clubs too here for different purposes like technical we have Drone and IoT club , IEEE-SB , SAE etc , for cultural we have cultural synod , editorial board , also we have the sports sub council . So you never feel like there is nothing to do in the college . As there is a lot to do in limited time.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are decent with all the basic amenities required . There are total 11 hostels , 7 boys and 4 girls hostels. In boys hostels, For first year , there are 2 and 4 seater arrangement . For second year there are again 2 and 4 seater arrangement. For third and final year there is single , double and triple seater arrangement. The food quality is good and they also provide some special meals time to time , may be once or twice in a week.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
