Remarks :
Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is among the topmost Universities of India as well as all over the world . Its atmosphere and greenery is so beautiful. Faculty is highly educated. Teachers are very kind and supportive to their students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this because I interested in this field. The faculty is highly educated and teachers are kind and supportive. There are two exams: First is Mid exams that are easy and second is end sem exam that somewhat difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done my internship at harduaganj thermal power station (HTPS) kasimpur , Aligarh 202002. There I have done my internship under the boiler maintenance department for one month. The workers and staff is so very kind.
Placement Experience :
The placement is around 50-55%. For the placement eligibility should be minimum 7.5 cpi. Larsen and toubro makes takes lot of student with them every year. The students which do not get their desired placement should prefer for GATE exam.
Campus Life :
The campus life is awesome. There are ground for every kind of sports like basketball, football, cricket, vollyball,etc. Sir Syed day is celebrated on 17th October every year. All books are available at Maulana Azad library. There are so many clubs like SAE.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
