- The infrastructure is average but it is in the city and transportation is easy. The faculty are quite helpful.
Remarks :
I chose this college because it was the best semi-government college in Uttar Pradesh. However, due to my rank in UPSEE, I was unable to get IET Lucknow. I qualified for the UPSEE and secured a general rank of 298 to get into this college. I did not face any GD or interviews for admission. The counseling process was smooth and straightforward. The college is good in terms of academics and location but the campus is small.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The institute follows the AKTU curriculum. I chose this course as I wanted to explore the world of business management. The faculty are highly qualified and most of them hold PhDs. They all are UGC NET qualified. The exams are held at the end of the semester and are moderate in level. There are three internal exams conducted by the institute every semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Om Logistics, HDFC Bank, Malyala Manorma and Varun Beverages were some of the companies that offered internships. Out of these only HDFC Bank and Malyala Manorama offered paid internships. Studenst have to submit a report based on the internships and submit it at the end of 3rd semester.
Placement Experience :
Anyone can apply for the placements. India Mart, Vivo, Just Dial and Rathi visited our institute for placements. There was a pool campus interview for ITC, Naukri.Com and Spandana Spoorty. The highest package was 6.5 LPA offered by ITC. The average package was 2.9 LPA. 90% of students who opted for placement were placed. I got 2 offers from Vivo and India Mart.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for the first year was INR 98000. It was increased to INR 108000 due to a fee increase by the university. The tuition fee was 60000, caution fee - 7000 which was refundable. The registration fee was 10000, other charges were 21000. The fee was the same for all the categories. The state government provided scholarships but the amount varies every year.
Campus Life :
Campus life is limited as it is small. Annual functions, freshers' party, and farewell party are organized every year. There is a library in the institute which holds an ample amount of books. Every semester the institute issues books which you have to submit at the end of the semester. Apart from that you can borrow 2 extra books at a time. There is no sports or extracurricular activities organized due to limited space.
Hostel Facilities :
I did not opt for a hostel. I have heard from my friends that the hostel was quite average and the food was not that great. The registration process for the hostel was easy. One can easily find a rented room and PG near the institute as the institute is located within the city.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
