- As per infrastructure universities, it is the best state university and it is also B grade.
- The teacher is also good, the whole class is conducted, it is not a nightmare as per the state university
Dislikes
- Campus life is not good, nothing happens in the playground here, I don't know about IET in the campus
- The teacher is good but sometimes classes are not conducted on some subjects.
Remarks :
I was preparing for NEET but could not find any college and was not given a cut either. Due to lack of confidence, I had to take admission here, direct admission. There is an entrance only for IET department.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The teacher is good, sir he has studied zoology from IIT, there is a good teacher of biotechnology as well, only the botany teacher is good, the class is less but he teaches well. I took biotechnology.
Internships Opportunities :
But I did not see anything here. I asked some seniors in biotechnology. They were telling me that it depends on the teacher, there is no placement for this. You should see the IET department from somewhere else.
Placement Experience :
Here only placements are done for IET department and not for any other department, not even for biotechnology, I will have to look for off campus placements. I don't know how high the placements were for the rest.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Overall Rs 24850 one time payment. Hostel fees 17500 1 year + mess fee's 6 month advance 2800 per month. Merit base admission available no entrance BSC biotechnology, biochemistry, Microbiology and Chemistry Core Subject.
Campus Life :
There are many festivals, cultural event also happened a few months ago, everything is fine, there are not many books in the library, only a few foreign author books, rest of the books are in the IET campus.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees is 17500 only, mess room is 2800 which has to be paid in advance for 6 months. PG rent in local area is also available for around 2300 and 3000, mess is on campus road only Teffin can also be got, you will have to ask but.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
