Likes
- I like the faculty. They are very supportive for your studies as well as they'll help you if you have any personal problem they will give you best suggestions. An the best part is you can contact them whenever you want.
- The other thing I like is practical learning. The college let's you go on field and have hands on experience of juggling with the public and how to stay calm and how to handle pressure when you are on field.
Dislikes
- The thing I don't like about this college is the behavior of students and also of faculties sometimes. They overreact on many things.
- The campus is not very big. Also the cafeteria is not good.
Remarks :
The admission process is direct admission. No exams and interview. Only there will be a counseling session. In terms of education and practical learning the college is good. But the environment of the college is not as good as we expect. There is very less staff but supportive.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because I have been very passionate about writing and anchoring. So this was clearly my course. The faculty is highly educated and also they have in hand experience of media as they have worked inside the media houses. Their teaching methods are very engaging. If you have any doubt you can easily contact them they will surely help you. The term exams got delayed many times because of the events our college organises. For Bjmc particularly the difficulty level is not very high as this course this not very difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for internship at college but I have completed my 45 days internship with Amar Ujala at my own. The college only provides internships for those who are very close to them. But people after graduation can do internship inside the college.
Placement Experience :
As our college doesn't provide any placements so far. So I have decided to apply for companies who hire freshers. After getting some experience I am going to apply in media houses like Amar Ujala, Dainik Jagran and other for better experience. After that will apply for higher media houses like Hindistan Times, Times of India etc. Also I'll prepare for civil services exams.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees of BJMC is 24550 rs. ,2500 rs for examination fees every semester. The enrollment, admission, registration fees will be on an average 2 to 3000 rs. In which they will provide a Bagpack and a Tshirt. Also there is a Shikshadaan scheme in which they give some deductions in your whole fees as a scholarship for girls.
Campus Life :
Our college organise many events but not particularly any fest like other colleges. But we organize Dandiya Nights in the month of October every year. And other events like cooking competitions, mehendi, sketching, poetry, story writing, open mics, debate, soft board making, and many more. There are plenty of books available in our library for every course. Students do theatre and in which they do nukkad Natak on social issues. There are clubs like Media Club, Cultural Club, Sports Club, Literary and Oratory Club. There is a sports room in which many sports like Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess and other indoor sports are available. Also Cricket, Volley Ball, Football, Badminton are available. There is a Sports Day every year.
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel available by the college. If you are someone who is willing to take admission then you have to rent a room or pg. Or find a hostel near by the college. There are many pgs available near by college at scooter india.

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
