- There is a lot of free time because professors wont take lectures and you will get attendance for free.
- You will be graduated like that and you wont even know.
Dislikes
- The faculties.There is no one professor who can teach his subject like a professor.
- They run the institute like a business only ,they only want the money and don't care about the students at all.
Remarks :
No ,i directly took admission because it was closer and also have good reputation and placement and thats only because of the mai campus which is SRM KTR campus(Chennai). This branch is nothing like the main campus
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is above average ,it’s not bad at all they provide good and important subjects but faculties here are the worst. They just cant teach.I am certain that they cannot even teach their own subject to a school kid or a person doing masters.They just wish and pray students to not attend lectures and WhatsApp them their registration number for attendance only
Internships Opportunities :
There are no internship opportunities from college side 1 out of 100 student perhaps have internship from off campus and even then they wont give him/her attendance by saying its your choice do the internship or come to class for attendance.
Placement Experience :
Opportunities are good enough if you are serious and work and study by yourself ,also you can visit KTR campus in placement cycle for more and better opportunities. TCS ,ACCENTURE are the mass recruiters whereas Microsoft,Google and other big names also offered placement here. Placement percentage is above 90% ,but average is quite low -3.5 LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a scholarship but for that you have to score 100 percentile in SRMJEE and even after that scholarship is not guaranteed as the number of scholarships are fixed. I am from 2021-25 batch and i paid 2,21,000 in first year and then 2,00,000 for each year i.e 2nd ,3rd and 4th. Currently the fees is 3,21,000 for first year then 3,00,000 for each year ahead for B.Tech CSE(core)
Campus Life :
Khel ,Rubaroo are two annual fest occur in September and October simultaneously. Books are easily available in the library but you have to be early while exams. There are sport team and grounds for ech of them but there is no support from college , their statement is “we are no sports college”.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality is very poor ,no one considers hygiene as important aspect. Hostel are available in categories like AC and NON-AC also rooms for single ,double and triple beds.Washroom is attached. 1,15,000 for a 2 bed ac room.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
