Likes
- Infrastructure is nice and well. All ac rooms,library, canteens . Nice ground and basketball , volleyball,tennis court.
- Faculty- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Faculties are very much satisfactory
Dislikes
- Lack of sports. Only few sports are practiced.
- College timings 8:50 to 4:30 with 50 mins lunch. So it's becomes quite hectic
Remarks :
Admission was completely based on marks in JEE. Even direct admission was solely based on scores of JEE mains. The factors made me choose the college was it is one of the top private colleges in aktu university. The college provides overall a good academic curriculum to us along with skill training of various tech domain which is very much satisfactory. The only negative aspect of college is the aktu system.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The overall quality of faculties is satisfactory.You won't found a teacher out of place . They know their subject ,they know what to teach and how to teach. I choose this course because of the wide scope it provides. You can enter any domain of your choice bt being in the main stream. Term exams previously were conducted twice in a sem. But now it's conducted thrice and best of two is considered for the internals.
Internships Opportunities :
I'm currently not doing internship. And currently focusing on higher studies and exam preparation. Although it's not like I won't look forward internships . I would but after my 5sem gets over. Now as of now
Placement Experience :
Criteria for placement from college side is just you don't have a back in any semester. Rest of the criteria depends on the company what they have offered to college. Tcs,Accenture,tech Mahindra,versa technology are few of all the companies that visit our campus. We have a decent number of companies coming to our college. Placement is also going smooth. It was affected during covid but now it's stable and much better with 80% placement from the college including all branches.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee for each year varies between 1.5L to 1.3L excluding the hostel fees which is equivalent to the academic fees. Scholarships are available from 2nd year onwards based on your performance in first year. Either the college provides you a scholarship based on your cgpa or you are allowed to fill government scholarship forms. Only ews category fees is around 20-30k for a year and for rest of the crowd it's the same as mentioned above. All UP government offered scholarship is available in college to avail along with their own scholarships.
Campus Life :
Genero is conducted in our college during winters. Library is stocked up with plenty of good books. Class infrastructure is very much satisfactory with ac's everywhere including canteens. There are 4 canteens , a juice shop in college which is more than enough. College clubs are too good. They keep the college environment scaled up and filled with joy. The learning and experience the club offers are unmatched. Seniors are very helpful. So it's a nice environment here in clubs , no toxicity.clubs include Codechef, GeeksforGeeks, Google developer Group and various non tech clubs for drama ,dance and singing including kalakrit ,samvaad ,Minerva(debate club)
Hostel Facilities :
I'm not a Hosteller . I'm a day scholar but as far as I have heard Hostel lacks few things. Food is not good, infrastructure is not maintained . And also it becomes costly if your not offered valid and appropriate service

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
