- The campus life in the college is good as I mentioned there are always something happening in some corner of the college whether it is drama club acting or sports club practising. The college has a very lively environment
- The locality of the college is promising for the upcoming engineers to grow as it is situated in one of the IT hubs of India which is Noida
- The faculty members are very good and well qualified with a good teaching experience.
- Everyone in the college are easy to approach and helpful to you even the seniors are good and helpful at times you need them in any problem as they have better idea of things.
- Many teachers are very Frank and easy to approach, like you can discuss everything with them and they will guide you properly and correctly.
Dislikes
- Some of the faculty members are quite rude and non cooperative to students and some are very moody. But overall they all teach good only.
- There is a dress code of white shirt and black trouser in our college which is very annoying as it gives a vibe of a school rather than a college.
- Some of the college rooms are not equipped with AC so it gets very irritating during summers in those classes. If you are going to join the college, pray to god you don't get any of those classes.
Remarks :
The factors due to which I choose this college are: 1. The fees was very affordable to me. 2. The college is situated at a very promising location, Noida. It is one of the IT hubs of India and hence on of the best places to take admission. There are a lot of companies that come for placement as it is a renounced college of the area. 3. The placement record of the college is quite good and the college placement cell helps seniors in every way they can to get them placed. The rest depends on the abilities of the individual only. There are 3 ways through which you can take admission. The first is through JEE mains exam and UPTAC counselling, the cutoff for branches like CS and IT can vary from 90-95 percentile and the cutoff for other branches are even lower. The second mode of admission is through management quota which is applicable for the citizens of NCR and UP. The last method is direct admission through 12th boards. There is no GD/PI round for any of the above admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Information Technology field is one of the growing fields in India as more and more of IT companies are forming day by day in India, there are more opportunities being created in this field. IT is also my interest field which is why I choose this course in the college. The qualifications of the faculty members are very promising as almost all of them are PhDs and have a very good teaching experience. There are literally professors who have been teaching in the college even before we were born so this just gives us the idea of how good they are at there work by now. The term exams are conducted every 6 months and there are 3 internal exams conducted every month in between also. These internal exams add up in the final result for the semester. The difficultly level of the exams are moderate. If someone would have prepared just the basics also then also they can score above 85% easily.
Internships Opportunities :
I am in the first year only so I cannot opt for any internship program yet but our seniors from 3rd year are getting internship opportunities with a PPO(Pre placement offer) and stipend to around 20-30 thousand a month which is quite good in my opinion for the starters. The seniors get the placement opportunity from the nearby IT companies of Noida so they can easily go for the work as it is in the nearby locality.
Placement Experience :
There are some good companies who take students above 8cgpa only for the placement rounds but at the bare minimum you need 6.5 cgpa to get a placement for the college. There are a lot of different companies like Amazon, Asian paints, Google that came for placement in the college but it is a little difficult to get placed in such companies, only if you are good enough for them go for the placement then. Almost everyone who sit for placement get an offer either from a mass recruiter company or individually also many offers are made. The highest package can go upto 85LPA and the average is around 8LPA but for the core branch the average package is even higher and good in comparison to even government colleges. More than 90% of student gets placed from the college every year. I plan on opting for higher studies after the college for a better job opportunity in this growing competitive job environment.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee details are as follows: For first year there are some extra charges like security deposit and other non refundable charges which is why for firsty year the fees this year was ?1,37,800 whereas the tuition fees is ?1,17,800 along with th security deposit of ?10,000 and other ?10,000 non refundable fees for other facilities like lab fee registration fee and the total comes up to ?1,37,800. The fees may rise in range of ?1000-?2000 in the upcoming academic year. So overall the fees is quite nominal and affordable in comparison to other private universities and colleges. The details for scholarships are as follows: You can avail scholarship under the UP government scholarship policy where you can get an exemption on the whole tuition fees which is ?1,17,800 for each year you apply. The conditions for that are thoroughly explained on the official website of UP scholarship portal.
Campus Life :
The campus life in the college is very nice. There are main 2 fests that are held in the college, The Zealicon cultural fest and Mythri the sports fest. The fest environment is just refreshing for every one and it creates memorable moments for everyone. The sports fest Mythri gives opportunity for students to rise and shine and showcase their skills. Both fests are held in winter season only that just makes them even more rejuvenating. Moreover there are many events like recently dusting navratri there was garba eve and dusheera celebration was also held. There are many other activities to do here as there are a 28+ clubs and social groups in the college which are always active during any event and gives student a very good opportunity to grow in their field of interest. The sports facilities of the college is also one of the best ones. The college is very supportive for their representative sport teams. There are all sorts of sports present on the campus. So you cannot get bored here.
Hostel Facilities :
I did not option for hostel here as I love nearby but for availing the facility of hostel you can apply for it during the admission only. There are a lot of people who will help you with that. There is a special counter during admission for hostel opting students so every information is provided there in details. The mess food as far as I know is average only. It is neither so good nor so bad so overall it is fine. The hostel room price around ?1,00,000 to ?1,20,000 according to AC and non AC rooms. There are a lot of PGs also available nearby so even if you could not get a room in the hostel you can also go for the PG nearby. During the admission period the people from PGs will be there at the gate waiting for you if you want to get a PG so there is no need to go find, you will get everything there only at the time of admission.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
