- The infrastructure consists of well developed labs and playground and classrooms equipped with air conditioners, smart boards and comfortable cushioned chairs.
- The teachers are very skilled who give their best to help students understand the concepts best.
Dislikes
- There are lesser amount of fests and events organized as compared to other colleges.
- There are huge amount of tests conducted, even weekly which might be good for regular practice but creates a lot of pressure on someone who takes time to grasp and understand each concept.
Remarks :
For people very week in mathematics, a basic written test is suggested for admission in B.Tech, which I did not have to give. I joined this college primarily because of the way they focus on academics and give training to students right from the first year at 5 am during summers and 6 am during winters making students industry ready. The HoD is very skilled and experienced who takes DSA trainings for Computer Science students of B.Tech and BCA. Sometimes external staff are also called for providing the training. Other than that the Dean and the Director, Mr Rao and Mr Rajeev Aggarwal are very reputed people who took GL Bajaj to heights in Greater Noida and now working hard with Lloyd students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose B.Tech as my course because I was interested in computer science and coding and this would provide me a large number of opportunities in future. The faculty in the college is skilled and is appointed after rigourous interviews. The faculties take full responsibility of the syllabus and make sure to finish it on time with ample amount of revision. They also provide notes and previous year question papers. Also they are available to clarify doubts until 5 pm after college.
Internships Opportunities :
Last year, many third year students got paid internships with startup companies paying them a generous amount. Although I have not done an internship yet so I cannot elaborate on this but students who work hard definitely get good results.
Placement Experience :
Almost all students who are seeking to get employed after college are placed. There are big companies coming to college and hiring students thanks to Mr Rajeev Aggarwal's huge network. Average package is around 6 lakh and highest 10 lakh by campus placement. My plans are also to get into a good mnc after college. Companies that visit college are wipro, tcs, hcl, cognizant, asus etc.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees for the year is 151000 in first year and I35000 in the consequent year which includes caution fees, admission fees, lab fees, development fees. A registration form of Rs 500 has to be filled during admission as the first step and then additional 25000 has to be given to block the seat and this amount will be adjusted in the first year fees. Apart from that if you want to buy uniform from college, additional 6000 has to be given.
Campus Life :
B.Tech fest called Antaraal is conducted around Nov-Dec every year which includes freshers party and an annual fest for all. Apart from that Lloyd Group of Institutions host their own annual fest involving all departments called Catalyst 2.0 where famous celebrities like Darshan Raval, Anubhav Singh Bassi, Nizami Bandhu, Kumar Vishwas, Jass Manak etc have been a part of. Sports events are regularly scheduled. Cricket can be played almost everyday during free hours. A co curricular activity webside www.xiet.tech is also available for registration in events. Classrooms are equipped with whiteboards, LED screens and air conditioners.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I am currently living in the college hostel and it provides all the basic amenities like air conditioning, kettle, induction, geyser, almirah, shower, RO water, Study Table with Lamp Lights etc. It is very clean and hygienic. You have to pay hostel fees in slabs of 60% in first sem and 40% by the end of second sem, For registration and room booking initially an amount of 25000 has to be paid which gets adjusted in the first 60% payment slab. There are double sharing, triple sharing, quad sharing and even single rooms available.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
