- There are many food options in the campus and near the campus. We have the following food options inside the campus - Ccd Dominos Subway Nirulas Chai garam And many more
- Students also get car parking in the campus which is a very convenient thing to have, there are 3 car parkings inside the college and we can park in any of them according to our block
Dislikes
- We have to maintain 75% attendance which is not an easy thing to do, failing to maintain 75% attendance gets you debarred and then we have to pay an additional fee to give the exam.
- The fees is very high and as i have heard the placement isnt good. The reputation of amity is really bad, people call it the last option
Remarks :
I chose this college as it was a 20 min drive from my house and i wanted to experience my college life to the fullest and amity university is known for it. The admission process was very simple all i had to do was apply online and it asked me 3 questions which i had to answer while recording myself and i got the acceptance letter in 2-3 days.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom as it is a cheaper alternative to bba which is double the cost, the teachers are very nice and supportive who help whenever they can. If you attend the classes and arent one of the jocks of the class they usually give very good marks in internals and the final exams arent difficult either. We have 2 exams every semester one is the mid terms which are very informal and the end term exams which are treated like board exams.
Internships Opportunities :
There aren’t any internship options at amity for bcom students however they gave us a project report on mncs and gave it the name of internship. But In post graduation they have internship options but for bcom there aren’t any
Placement Experience :
There arent many job opportunities after completing undergraduate degrees especially if the college isnt the top 20. The placements after bcom are horrible in amity and you have to pursue mba from a good college in order to get a good placement. We have an incubation centre which gives funding to startups opened by students
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Im a general category student without any scholarships and for me the base fee for 1st semester was 90k which increases a bit every year. Apart from the basic fee there are a lot expenses for additional courses, back papers and summer semester which varies according to the subject.
Campus Life :
The college campus is as good as it gets, we have many fests and stalls in our college. In the last amity youth fest raftaar was invited to sing and b praak as well. We have many clubs which one could join as per their interest areas which really help in getting an idea of the real life tasks which are given at jobs
Hostel Facilities :
I havent opted for hostel but as far as i know tbey are very clean and safe, the fee for hostel per year is 2 lacs. The better option is to opt for pgs which are 200 metres away from college. There is a street commonly called as bali where there are many pgs ranging from 8k a month to 40k a month

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
