- Not much but i have something disappointed with college advancement in technology
Remarks :
This college is very old and also alumni base is very strong of this college To take admission in B.tech course you have to give jee mains exam for other degrees like MBA you have to give CAT etc. Every year this college arrange its separate counselling according to your result you will get branch in this college. No any GD or interview is not required to take admission in this college
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since i want to become an engineer so B.tech is the only course through i can become an engineer. the faculties here are very well experienced and well proficient in their respective subjects Like some of them have studied from very reputed institutes and some of them are very famous professors all professors are very friendly in nature There are two mid sem exam in each semester and 1 end semester in each sem and there difficulty level is medium
Internships Opportunities :
No currently i am in my first year so obviously i have not opted any internship but in the 3rd year you can easily apply for internship Like if you have good skills you can get stipend up to 50k or more than that
Placement Experience :
Since There are many companies visited campus they all have different criteria like 7.5 CG to sit in placements No back in any subjects etc. Some knowned companies like Microsoft amazon JSW Adani Wilmar Asian paints COGNIZANT etc. visit campus every year Our college highest package is 43 lpa and average package is somewhere around 8 lpa The percentage placement of every branch is different like my branch is PAINT TECHNOLOGY so its percentage placement is 100%
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fees is 135000 for 1st year this includes all the charges like lab charges examination charges practical charges etc. Also per year some amount like 2000 to 3000 decreased Now if you want to avail hostel facility then it has total amount of 65000 for 1st year which includes both hostel fees and mess fees .No scholarship is given from college side you have to fill scholarship like U.P. and other scholarship for fee wavier also the fees is increasing every year
Campus Life :
There are many fest conducted in our college like Cultural fest named ADHYAY fest in may month every year Sports fest named AAGAZ happened in Month of JANUARY Technical fest named TECHNICA happened in month of February freshers party named PARICHAY happened in month of February every year. There is one library named TAGORE CENTRAL LIBRARY in our college where all books are easily available. All types of sports are easy to avail in college. There are total 9 sub councils in our college like hobby sub council ,technical sub council cultural sub council sports sub council etc. under which many clubs came like Drawing club singing club poetry club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i have opted hostel so my hostel is in west campus the overall food quality is i can say is Good you will find variety of food in menu But the infra of hostel is average The hostel registration starts just after seat allotment in college Many of my friends have opted PG which you will easily find neary by college

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
