- That I like about my college is its infrastructure. It is very cool and traditional.
- Another thing that I like about my college is it's campus. It is very vast around 42 acres. You will not be bored when you roaming around it. It is full of greenery environment.
Dislikes
- One thing that I do not like about my college is there lab faculties. They don't have teaching attitude. They always pretend like I know all the thing about the experiment they you to believe that I could learn the experiment in one time but it is not possible is specially for the student like me.
- The food of the hostel can be better. It is healthier I know but it is not tasteful as it could be
Remarks :
The campus and faculty of Ajay Kumar Garg engineering college is very good. And the best thing about is it's decipline. You you want a college having best decipline, this is for you. They have a vast verieties of branches so that you can select your branch according to your interest.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Btech from Ajay Kumar Garg engineering college provide a good placement, that's why I chose to pursue BTech from here. The faculties of here are either Mtech or PhD. They teach so well with the help of blackboard and digital board. They also provide a high quality notes for the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted any internship program since it is my first year. But the internship opportunities in the college as much as I heard untill now, it is not good. They don't provide you attendance for the internship. Therefore most of the students don't attend any internship. If you want to get placed, do your internship at your own risk. College is not gonna help you there by anyhow.
Placement Experience :
For the placement, you must have a CGPA above 7. Otherwise you will not eligible to sit in the placement process. Main recruiter that visited the campus recently are Infosys and maruti suzuki. The highest package as much as I know was 33 lakh and the average package was around 4 lakh. Around 75% student get placed
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the 1st year, you have to pay around 1 lakh 42 thousand. In which around 10 thousand are security money and around 14 thousand are service charges only for 1st year. Your tution fee will be 118391 rs.
Campus Life :
One thing that is the disadvantage of this college is that there is no fest. But the societies of the college like euphony, etc are continuously engaged in organising various programs like in the last month, they organised a music program called Bandish. The social life of the college is very good. There are various technical and cultural societies where you can learn and enhance various skills. Sports of the college are very numerous. Cricket, football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, chess and much more . The teams of the college visits various IITs and NITs for sporting events. The social group for musical society is their instagram page, @euphony_akgec
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel food quality can be improved. It is good but not the tasty enough. I will like to opt PGs around the campus in the next year. Hostel campus is good but I am not comfortable with 3 boys in a room. It seems like very congested. You have register for the hostel on the same day when you visit here for the college registration. The fee for the hostel , is around 1 lakh 35 thousand. But you can select PGs like sanchi boys Hostel just beside the college on the walking distance.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
