- Campus life 5/10 , not safe after 9pm in greater noida
- Very isolated location , small cafeteria all you have is gate no -4 for snacks and lunch
Remarks :
For admission you have to score more than 60 % in your 12th . There will be a Entrance test (SET) which you can take in your sharda admission office in your state , if no office in your city then you visit the college and take the test same day . You have to score more than 75% in your SET exam Exam level is moderate , mostly memory based questions . Test is followed by an interview In interview questions like Why you are choosing this subject and why sharda University, About your hometown . Some questions from your fav subject . Interview last for 15 to 20 mins max . I choose sharda University because of connectivity from my hometown , and this is beest univeristy with naac credit A in greater noida area
Course Curriculum Overview :
Wide options are available if any one want specialisation Like ML , IOT , AI , Blockchain , IBM You can choose for this specialisation from second year onwards also . Fees structure for specialisation varies 10 to 20k from basic fees . Faculties for core subjects are well experienced with more than 15 + years of teaching experience. For new course like in specialisation not much experienced teacher are available but college is working on it .
Internships Opportunities :
I have got an intership In Noida based company with 20k stipend for six months I got this intership in 7th sem . I have cleared coding test and interview . My intership got converted in PPO after 6 months and they offer 8 lakh package .
Placement Experience :
Yes college provides intership You will start getting intership opportunity from 7th semester , and are paid between 20k to 30k Before 7th sem if you want intership try not having any backlogs because best company with good package choose students with zero backlog . Most Intership offers PPO with good package between 6 to 8 lakhs . College also support you during placement with no issue in attendance and training will also be provided for placement Most of the recruiters are Noida based . Few form Hyderabad and banglore . Avg package - 5 -7 laks College is woking on placement every passing day . From my batch no one remain unplaced except those who choose no placement because of family business and further study
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Admission fees - 80000 + 10000 (security Deposit ) If you opt for Hostel security deposit will be 50000 . 1st Year Fees (2 semester) - 180000 2nd Year Fees (2 semester) - 19500 3rd Year Fees (2 semester) - 19500 4th Year Fees (2 semester) - 170000 . Scholarship -> If you score more than 8 cgpa in semester continuously you will get scholarship upto 40 - 50 k all you have to do is you have to get verified your markssheet by account dept , and after 20 25 working days your money will be credited in your student account . Girls are provided with 100 % scholarship if you score good in SET (Sharda University Entrance Exam ). NOTE : ~ Loan facility also available . You can pay fees in EMI also .
Campus Life :
There are multiples socials but clubs are that much active and organised. They are more active during Chorus (North best & biggest college fest ) . You can join them from 1 st yea During orientation you will get to know about all the clubs .
Hostel Facilities :
No I have not opted for hostel But college provides hostel facility also for boys and girls separately. You can choose for them during 1 st year while admission . There are also multiple hostels and PGs available outside the college which are bit less expensive than college ones like RPH , Easy Stays , Kausilya . PGs with 15k per month or cheaper you can find in alpha beta zeta localities . Menu is same all in hostels .

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
