- Ethnic day is the highlight of any christ campus. Studnets spend their time dancing dressing up with food fests, dance and cultural fests leading up to ethnic day with the real celebration starting on bhasha utsav itself.
- Food on campus is great the mess serves a wide variety of different cuisines

- Strict dress code is often annoying to follow
- College rules about attendance are difficult to follow
Remarks :
Christ as an institution is extremely well established in the field of education the christite tag gets preference and privileges especially when applying for internships and master programs. There are multiple opportunities to attend international seminars and conferences along with the opportunity to do a year or a semester abroad increasing student exposure. The curriculum is extremely well made in touch with new findings in the field. Academically the university is beyond excellent. However Academic pressure on students due to the rigorous curriculum might take a toll on their overall well-being Saturdays arent off like most colleges and your social life might take a standstill college rules regarding dress code and attendance are strict though not as strict as the central campus. The admission process of this course is based entirely on interview and school marks to prepare for the interview practice baisc questions from quora and youtube about christ and thats all you will need
Course Curriculum Overview :
The academic life is extremely rigorous. With 2 CIAS i.e continuous internal assessments in the form of assignments and tests. Other than that one mid-sem exam and one end-sem exam takes place every semester. The faculty is mostly all Phds or asst proff purusing their phd. All professors are extremely well educated many from iits and nimhans. Teaching methods differ from professor to professor but mostly all are very kind and always open to help you with doubts and issues regarding their subject.
Internships Opportunities :
It is compulsory for students to do one internship every academic year. Students find their own internships and normally no stipend is offered. The college makes sure that one internship every year in a psychological establishment and one social service internship in the second year is completed by the students.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are excellent in general however for this course specifically no immediate employment exists in the field of psychology a minimum requirement of a masters degree is necessary for any employment. Thus most studnets start their masters immediately after completion of their bachelors i will be doing the same. However avg package for other courses such a bcom is given below
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees for general category students is 1 lakh 10 thousand with no other compulsory charges. Fees for other caste categories is not disclosed publicly. Scholarship is given based on merit the amount ranges from 5 to 10 thousand. Links to external Scholarships are provided yearly available for all students to apply.
Campus Life :
The atmosphere is friendly, and there’s a strong sense of community, even if social life isn’t super happening because of the academic workload. There are plenty of clubs to join like Natyarpana the dance club and CMS, the music club. There’s a theatre club for acting enthusiasts, a book club for readers, an e-gaming club for gamers, and a debate society along with a gender club and much more students also run magazines for different departments. The campus facilities are pretty good. All classrooms have acs and projectors the library is stocked with everything from fiction and non-fiction books to research papers and reference materials. There’s also a discussion room for group projects and computers to access more academic resources Blossoms, the inter-department fest, happens in February. Cognizia and Ethnic Day are in October Under 25 in November while Magnificat takes place in December Sports like badminton, cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, or chess are played.
Hostel Facilities :
Christ hostels are less like hostels and more like hotel room with single room and triple sharing rooms available each room has their own private washroom an ac and a balcony. Cleaning staff comes everyday for cleaning and are extremely well mannered the ground floor has a common room with induction microwave oven a toaster and a refrigerator along with 2 vending machines one with snacks and one for coffee and other caffeinated drinks. The hostel also has badminton court biometrics are done in the morning and at night hostel intime is 10 pm. Hostel is alloted to first years on first come first serve basis and is realloted based on behavior during past academic year. The hostels do not have their own mess studnets eat at the college cafteria with 4 different cafeterias for food and multiple eateries around the hostels.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
