- I mostly like the teaching staff of the college and that it is affiliated to BHU.This college is mostly opted by students for it's affiliation with BHU.As we will get the degree of BHU.
- One other good thing is that it is situated in theosophical Society which is a beautiful Society and has a good history .Various beautiful trees are there in campus .
Dislikes
- That it is too small and its canteen facility is not good.There is no trip for students .
Remarks :
This college is affiliated to one of the best university of India that is banaras Hindu Univesity. Admission is taken on basis of cuet entrance exam score .proffessors are well qualified and good in teaching.Classes are runned regular and is strictly managed .Cuet entrance exam is for both UG and PG courses. College has annual programmes /fest like sarjana and sports week. It is overall good college the area of college is not very big but teaching facility is very good.Cut off score is generally high because it is affiliated to BHU .For general cut off goes approx 238 to 243 and for OBC it is 214 to 221 .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Exams are held on the basis of BHU exam dates .All the exams related things are controlled by BHU . EXAMS are held semester vise .Teaching staff are well qualified in their respective fields. Some of them are doing PHD with teaching but most of them are PHD qualified and have doctorate degree.Their are specific professor for specific subjects .Sufficient staff is there .Exams papers come from BHU and Copies are also checked there only . Teaching method is good they also use projectors etc to make students understanding get better.
Internships Opportunities :
Non paid internships are there .Teaching internship for slum areas kid is done . I HAVE done internship in TTF ngo for 2 months .In that internship I teach children of slum areas had great experience with them.I also got certificate of that internship.
Placement Experience :
Their is placement for students of pg courses as their is no good job available only with UG course .students get placed in some ngos or some university on the basis of their Performance. Most students go for higher studies after UG and PG and some try for other comptetive exams like upsc and state pcs etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For undergraduate programme it is rs 7600 per annum for non practical subject and 8200 rs per annum for practical subjects like geography and home science. Fee structure is generally same in all year for UG courses.Facilities like wifi,library,reading room,etc are providing within fees .Their are various scholarship programmes for students for example smt Shyam kishori dar scholarship and many more . Above mentioned fees structure was overall fees taken by students in a year. For pg courses fees is approx 9600 rs per annum for non practical subjects and 10400 for practical subjects . And students who have financial problems can apply for other scholarships .The college is good in academics.
Campus Life :
Campus is not very big but is good .This college is only for girls so it is fully safe for them . Fest like Sarjana is held once in a year which includes all types of Co curricular things .Sports week is also help indoor games like chess,badminton, volleyball,carom etc is played and other games like shot put,Race ,long high jump etc is held. Festivals are celebrated and many others seminars and alumini meetings etc is held . Student clubs are their they publish college magazine online and offline both ,also for things like college fest etc .Books are issued to students on their id from.libraries for specific time period. NSS group is also in college .Students are also in NCC. So College is small in area but is active in all fields.
Hostel Facilities :
College is in Theosophical Society hostels are provided to students based on performance in entrance and later in academics, all types of rooms are available 6 seater ,4,3,2,1 seater etc . Price is based on no of students sharing room. Price starts with 60,000 per annum to 75,000 per annum.In this prices they provide 4 times food,room with electricity and wifi, laundry etc. And if students does not get hostel she can try for pg in near by areas as it is easily available. Campus is at Rathyatra road ,gurubaag,kamachha .

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
