- I love the campus of IIMT UNIVERSITY because it is so massive and engaging.
- I love the cafeteria and love to try out their foods with my friends whenever their is an occasion.
Dislikes
- The faculty is supportive during the admission of the student and during the lectures but whenever the students have an issue that needs to be resolved by their respected teachers , at that time they are not available. If a student have issue in the semester marks , the faculty wish that the student should fill the backlog forms and they have nothing to worry about the students. They don't even try to look into the matter the student is going through during some cases.
- In IIMT UNIVERSITY, the Focus preference is majorly on theory of the subjects rather than practical implementation.
Remarks :
Factors that I choose this clg for my graduation are: 1. Nearby to my house. 2. My friend had also taken admission in this college 3. Affordable fee structure 4. Highly engaging campus life for newbies 5. Teachers are also supportive Bad experiences: The faculty is supportive until they want you to work according to them, but when it is your turn when you wish for the support of faculty members than at that point u find urself alone . In that situation, you have to do that should be done all by urself. • No GD , interviews or written test was taken by the college for admission. Here is the direct approach, submit fees of the course and you will get admission, simple as that.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is excellent in IIMT as you get proper notes, guidance and Question Banks for preparation before the semester exams. These question banks help me alot during my preparation for the exams. Faculties are also supportive in teaching , each one of them is skilled in their field and they teach students with full confidence and try their 100 percent that every student will understand the concept. But as I explained earlier, whenever u need them the most , u will find urself at a place where only you and your friends will have to do everything of theirselves. This is the most bad point that I have experienced in my four years of BTECH.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities are quite rare in IIMT UNIVERSITY. Students have to find and do their internship all by themselves. Like in my case , I have done my internship in AI (Artificial intelligence) and (Machine learning) so I had found this internship all by myself and no college assistance in provided to me in this case.
Placement Experience :
According to me , IIMT meerut has a average placement opportunities. IIMT is best for those students who want to learn management and finance. But if you are willing to choose field like engineering or computer application, i suggest to chose another college for a good placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So, basically the fee structure is same for all category students in BTECH. The total fees is 97300rs including alumni fee, tution fees, Library fees, etc. But my college has a special criteria that according to ur degree u must have NPTEL credits to recieve the degree . For eg . My course's total duration is four(4) years . So in order to get my degree from my college , I must have 8 credits( certificate points) to get the degree. Basically, NPTEL is a national programme that provide certification courses online but for the final exam , centers are allocated to students. In NPTEL exams , there is plot that for general and OBC STUDENTS the fees of the exam is 1000rs and for SC and ST students the fees for the exam is 500rs only. The fees for new batches is increased I think .
Campus Life :
The campus life of IIMT UNIVERSITY is quite impressive and engaging for most of the students . You will find students more in canteen and cafeteria then their respected classes because of the vibe or you can say the positive nature of the spots in campus. Students love to wandering around the college. The main playground of the college has many spots for love birds and for students who want to play sports . The students in college are also very social and always ready to help each other .
Hostel Facilities :
I am a distance learner so I never lived in a hostel. But my friends do live in the hostel of IIMT. According to them, there are two categories in hostel domestic and international. International hostel rooms have more facilities (suvidha)as compared to domestic ones. But students have a great experience in hostels about their foods , gym , swimming pool experiences.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
