The good aspects has to be the academia scope of the college. My college basically focuses on academics rather than fests, functions and all. It's a big plus for students whose main goal is to study as they are provided with a 24 hour study environment in the campus. The bad aspects is also the same thing as for students who like to enjoy every moment there's not much to do in the campus then just study, there haven't been any fests since I took admission and no functions competitions ( other than academic ones ) and no fun at all
The faculties are pretty simple people with no special personality , just simple corporate guys with the same routine however they sure provide us with a lot of study material so if they are not able to give their great the students do no have to rely on them to do anything . Well basically in these days people just study from YouTube and stuff and the teachers basically know about this but they are still helpfull in all sorts of things students need . They even go beyond their responsibilities sometimes to help students and that's something I admired
I had contacts with one of my friends brother who works in a web development company which is my interest domain as well so I kept in touch and luckily for me he provided me with a internship and it's paid one as well . But the main thing I'm gaining is the experience and an internship certificate that'll help me in future
The fee structure is pretty simple at my college. For a general caste student the fees is 112400 per year and it has to be submitted within the first month of the new session. There are government scholarships avilable for students who wish to apply for them however it's very rare for a general student to get it. The hostel fees ( if taken ) is also included in the overall fees at the starting of the session and ur ranges from 70000 to 110000 for non-AC and AC rooms respectively. The rooms are shared ones only ( no single rooms ) and no other electrical items like kettle , iron , inductions are allowed . The government scholarships may range from 25% tution fees to 100% . However none of my friends have ever recieved a 100% scholarship .
Social life in the campus is pretty boring as I mentioned before there are no almost no events ,no fests , no competitions ( side from academic ones ) and there literally just one thing to do in the campus which is study. I was lucky enough to have found such good friends which made the campus life less miserable and together we had our fun talking ,eating and chatting about each other's marks and more, but an event or a fest would have given us a bigger reason to smile for
They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
There are regular placement drives that are conducted on a monthly basis. We have regular updates for campus placement drives that are shared with us and we can participate in them to choose the best options for ourselves.

B.Tech computer Science engineering is very tech driven field which , by the assistance of new tech driven laboratories, latest generation technology focused curriculum, is very remarkable field to study and progress in.
Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
