- The campus has an eco-friendly environment.
- Separate blocks and departments for every course and all basic facilities are available.
Dislikes
- The campus has no market place except iglas. Every place is far away and almost at the same distance from the University
- Less practical knowledge is given to students. So you need to develop skills on your own.
Remarks :
The factors were: 1. This University was close to my hometown so no need of taking hostel. 2. Transport is available, no delay in reaching there. 3. I got 100% scholarship based on my 12th merit for 4 years. 4. When I visited the university, the environment was good. 5. Eligibility criteria for my course is: 50% in 12th PCM/PCSM. 6. No tests for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course for better opportunities and to further learn more about its subjects. The course curriculum is in such a way that it gives the basic knowledge of every subject. The faculty is experienced and supportive. 2 minors and 1 major exam and practicals are held in a semester. Smart classes are available. Labs are regular and classes are held accordingly. There is less practical work.
Internships Opportunities :
A separate Training and Placement cell that organises recruitment drives. Some frequent industrial visits are provided to students. Companies like Neclife, Vodafone, BYJU'S, ICICI Bank etc visit the University.
Placement Experience :
There is a separate Training and Placement cell that organises recruitment drives in the university. Companies visit the University and select students according to their eligibility and skills. From 4th year placements start. Projects are given on the last year to the students to grab better job opportunities and as to prove their skills.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for my course is INR 1,20,000 in Mangalayatan University. 1,00,000 is the tution fees and 20,000 is the other charges. Rs. 500 is the registration form fees. Rs. 6000 is the exam fees per year of the students. Rs. 5000 is the security deposit throughout the course and refundable. If you opt for transport, the fees will depend on your stop or route. 4 years scholarship based on merit is provided. 100% is available for both jain community and SC/ST students. For boys, 100% scholarship on tution fees is given on 95+ percentage in their 12th. For girls, 100% scholarship on tution fees is given on 90+ percentage in their 12th. The scholarship can be cancelled if student's back comes in any subject or practical.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is enjoyable and you can have different experiences. There are various clubs like Music and Dramatics club for cultural activities. Sports club for students interested interested in sports. Different grounds for different sports like basketball court, badminton court, cricket ground, football etc. All facilities like auditorium, labs, temples, library etc. One Central library with a number of books suggested by the teachers. Fests and functions are conducted.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel fees depends on the type of room you choose. 2 seater, 3 seater, 3 seater with AC, 4 seater, 6 seater, 10 seater rooms are available for both boys and girls. Mess and gym charges are including in the same fees. The fees cater boarding and lodging. Mess food is fine.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
