- The thing I liked the most about here is that it's teachers and their teaching quality.
- You'll get proper computer lab so you don't need laptop at very first day and even not required in complete first year.
- You'll get charging socket for each desk in the classroom to charge your laptop and mobile devices.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is poor. The buildings look like old school building. They are not painted from a long time and garden is small and not maintained. No sweeping and washing of dust in classroom.
- College management is not very good. It's looks they have no interest in making college popular and making it the best institute.
Remarks :
I being citizen of Prayagaraj want a college in my city only. There were other options like NIT Allahabad and IIIT Allahabad but my rank was not enough to get that and there was other options in government college for Btech. This college takes admission through jee mains exam and AKTU counseling. The college is overall average. The things that matter is the study quality and that's good here. You may not like the functions in this college because it doesn't organises much functions. You'll not get sports facilities here for now, but may be future.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Honestly I didn't like the curriculum by the AKTU because there are many subjects that are been taught to us without any reason ( in computer science and engineering) like workshop, graphic design on paper. And also being in computer science department there are semester that doesn't have any core CS subject. There no doubt on teaching quality. It's good. All the teachers are good and very supportive. They will help you in your studies and projects. There are three examination conducted in every semester. There is two sessional exam ( kind of unit exam) and at last end semester exam. The exam are not very tough. If give required amount of time to your studies you'll face no problem. But writing and writing manner should be good because copy checking is worst but it's not the fault of college. It's all on AKTU.
Placement Experience :
You'll get placement cell and placement training here. There are many companies that visit here such as Byjus, TCS, HCL, Accenture etc. But the students studying here have there primary aim clear gate examination or UPSC examination. The highest package is of 12 laks per annum and average package is 4 lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total tution fees per year is ? 55000+ ? 5000 security money and ? 7500 examination fees. But you can easily get scholarship of UP government. You can get scholarship upto 55,000 for OBC students and upto 60,000 to SC/ST students. You can get extra 10-15 thousand if you are hosteler.
Campus Life :
In terms of fest and events the college is not so good because in a year hardly one to two fest are organised. You can easily get socialize with students because mostly or all of them are from Uttar Pradesh. The college has poor infrastructure. It looks like old school. No big garden, and playground. No sports facilities. The good thing is that you'll get shaded parking facility to park your personal vehicle. But they charge ?5 as parking fees for each day you park.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
