- strict discipline & attendance policy 1)the college enforces a minimum 75% attendance rule which can be stressful for students who focus on internships & placements or competitive exams like gate etc. 2)limited freedom: compared some other private college akgec has strict rules regarding student conduct,college timmings, and dress code
- limited on- campus social life & entertainment 1)no-on campus fest culture: while technical and cultural fests do happen they are not to large scale vibrant as other engineering college 2)limited sports hangout: the campus has good cafeteria but there are fewer chil-out zones or food courts compared to bigger university
Remarks :
the factors that made i choose this college is on the basis of jee main result and i choose many college but i did akgec through aktu counselling no i did not face any group discussion and interview 1) strong placements record company li tcs, infosys, wipro,cognizant and capgemini vivts the campus regularly 2)the college has consistant placement record especially in is and computer science branch 3)akgec offers coding bootcamps, industry and certifications
Course Curriculum Overview :
the reason why i choose information technology branch is because it is a core branch and my college faculty is good and all teachers are well educated and the exam goes within a month and difficulty level is moderate

i am not a hosteller student lived in a pg my pg address is behind the ryan school anant vihar terminal mishilgadi and here food is good but un some day is bad and here is much restrictions like hostel like we can not go outside the hostel after fixed time and here we can not celebrate birthday many reason

And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
