- the faculty is really helpful and hands on with the students which i really like, they are always there for you in case of any problem
- we keep having movie nights which is a great way to spend time with your friends and enjoy
- the annual college fests are the most fun time with various famous artists like shaan and jubin nautiyal performing
Dislikes
- the mess can at times be a bit small which can create issues with seating and overcrowding
- i feel the college should have had attached washrooms with the rooms
- the gym can at times get overcrowded thus i feel there should be more gyming facilities. although they are two but they can be small with the strength
Remarks :
In the start i had my doubts regarding the college as it is a comparatively new university but after a university tour and discussing the curriculum for the course with a faculty i felt the curriculum is very nice and thoughtfully made to make sure that students start developing their skills from the very start of the course and the college also provides a variety and large number of workshops which keeps happening almost every day with experts coming and giving guest lectures. i did not go through any interview or written test as such however, i feel they can streamline their selection process a bit not just for law but for the whole university in general
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose law as my career option as this field is something that has always intrigued and interested me. the curriculum offered by the college for law is really nice and is revised every semester to make it even better with addition of great value added 0 credit courses and diverse electives. All the faculty members are highly qualified and PhD holders from good universities and college and are very hand on with their teaching and their students and have regular doubt clearing sessions named tutorials every week. There are two major exams per semester namely, the mid semester exams and the end semester the difficulty level is based on how much you are prepared for them and in addition to that internals keep on happening the whole semester based on the student and faculty availability and convenience
Internships Opportunities :
no i have never opted for internships from college but they do provide good internships to students. there is a dedicated Internship and placement wing and they keep sharing relevant and great internships with the students in case they need to apply.
Placement Experience :
every student can apply for placement based on their interests and then go though the company's screening process. recruiters to name a few are Tech Mahindra, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, Wadia Gandhy & co. Highest Package is 15.60 LPA Average is 6.60 LPA. My plan after getting a degree is to get into litigation and join one of the tier 1 law firms of India. Later if i want to then get a masters degree

Campus Life :
the Annual college fest is called Uphoria which is a three day fest conducted in feb or march. In addition to that there is Zenevia which is conducted alongside uphoria and is a tech fest. there are various sports facilities in the college including, swimming, badminton, football, athletics, table tennis, cricket, kabaddi, powerlifting, pickleball, lawn tennis, chess, etc. the Annual sports fest is also conducted every year called the Sportikon usually in the end of year. There are various clubs in college which includes western and Indian Singing, Western and Indian Dancing, Event management, Girls Health Club, Astronomy, Arts and Craft, Movie, Anime, Literary, etc. There are total of three libraries in college with one dedicated entirely to school of law and accessible only to law students and the availability of books is also good not just study books but other leisure books too. The classes are equipped with white boards, projectors and centralized Ac with ample space and seating
Hostel Facilities :
since the time i joined the food quality has drastically improved and has gotten better. they have a big mess. apart from mess there are also various food outlets around the campus for students in case they need a change. Registartion process id quite easy and based on the money you give it is quite affordable as along with rooms (washroom not attached) you get laundry, mess, Gym facilities

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
