Overall the studies and the faculty of the college is really good . The placement of the college is something that attracted me to take admission in this college and yes firstly if you dont clear the cut off percentage acc to your 12 standard marks students have to appear for a written exam which is not too easy but yes scorable enough and the exam is related to the course . Now as cuet program has been introduced students can either opt the college through cuet as well .
The faculty of the college is overall nice and they kind enough towards the students . Yes some faculty members are hard to face as well but the studying pattern and the course curriculum is generally future oriented , they keep on improvising new subjects as per todays needs for the course and academics are nice as well . For me being a bca student is a good experience till now and no such big issues faced in the college related to studies
This is a program in second year where in the year break u have to attend a month class of the niche u choose in the program and the next month is a unpaid internship related to the niche u learned about hosted by the whipro company
The placement opportunities are great for this college as good companies take part during the placement time of the year . Training for placement is also done as there is a separate cell for it call the tnp( training and placement) cell
153650 is the complete fees of the particular course which changes every year about 10% . It differs in every course as well . Development fee is 27000 and the overall fee for a year comes to 154650 for a bca student
The life at campus is okay to be honest as not big of a college and not kind to promote anything other than the studies . Children can play around from 4 pm in courts and there is a strict rule for the uniform . If they dont wear the uniform there is fine for 500 rs and it everytime u get caught not wearing it . Else there are fest times and the few events in the college which if fun . There are student clubs which you are allowed to take part in like dance clubs, singing clubs , modeling , photography etc . There are relief between classes as well which depends completely on your timetable . It isnt necessary that you are completely packed throughout the day but yes some days can be exhausting too. Overall the social life is not great but yes not too bad even
The hostel alloter to first year students isnt great as it a separate Buliding just for the first year students to avoid ragging and there is no lift in a 4 storey building. The mess food okayish sometimes it is great and sometimes u cant even tolerate it . There is a canteen that opens till 10 which has good food . The other building is a 20 floor building and there as hostels on 14 floors . Lift waiting time is a long time . The rooms are small in size with a table a bed a cupboard and a chair which is in sharing . In a room there are two people and they get everything seperate .
They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
There are regular placement drives that are conducted on a monthly basis. We have regular updates for campus placement drives that are shared with us and we can participate in them to choose the best options for ourselves.
Galgotias University has a high placement rate with the current tenures placement reaching 5500+ job offers. The highest package was 60LPA and the average goes between 5LPA. The university has a dedicated placement cell and also an well developed student led e-cell. There are many internship opportunities as well both India and abroad.
Galgotias University has a very strong placement cell and more then 200 companies like Infosys, josh technology, Capgemini and many more have made given the placement offer to students and highest package is of 60 LPA
The placement are nice, this year the Highest package was of 60 Lakh and the Average package was of 5.4 Lakh. There are a lot of internships oppourtinity also so you get to experience Industry work during you 3rd year which gives you a heads up.
Our course provides internship for every student from the first year onwards as it is mandatory for everyone to do an internship from the 1st year , it also provides best placement for student who wanted to go in corporate filed ,the Highest package till now is 8lpa and lowest is 3.6 lpa and Average package is between 4 to 6 lpa
B.Tech computer Science engineering is very tech driven field which , by the assistance of new tech driven laboratories, latest generation technology focused curriculum, is very remarkable field to study and progress in.
Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
