Brief Review of a complete Government college

- The fees being this affordable and great teachers.
- The main campus has a big area and it is peaceful.
Dislikes
- Bad management by the faculty or management team
- campus life is rigged as there is little to low interactions with every student of your class girls or boys
Remarks :
From the start i was compelled to go to a government college and this college being this renowned has its own benefits such as a great alumni including alot of public figures like presidents and cheif ministers and justices
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bcom is a base for any student of a commerce background that is why chose this. The teachers here are active speakers and are well versed in teaching and have been one of the best in any college, Exams are held on an annual basis for bcom and it is moderate
Internships Opportunities :
There are not any companies who come into this college. most students look into the internet for internship opportunities. There is little influence of private firms here and most opt for government tests
Placement Experience :
there are not any companies who come to this college especially for bachelor of commerce students. Most opt for a government job exam and others study further with specialization like CA, CS, CMA or even cat for mba
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a scholarship program from the university for student of strict financial conditions. The tuition fees for Bachelor of Commerce per year is 4745 and this is for all categories and its a 3 year course
Campus Life :
College isnt as much as you would expect. Till now there hasnt been any fest or celebration of any kind. Classrooms are old and shabby and we cant expect more from a government institute. There is a sports board conducting selections for various sports.
Hostel Facilities :
I have rented an appartement or room with 2 other people and the rent is 6500 and we have to make our own food and stay on our own responsibility. Locality is a little crowded and there is an issue of noise

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
