- What is like about the college mainly the culturals it usually happens in February it will definitely give you an full on entertainment.
- Faculties are good and quite supportive and the food they provide in mess is good of good quality and also free.

- What is dislike about the college is * No much support for sports * Clubs are there but not active * Strict compared to other colleges in Chennai
Remarks :
The stream which is choosed Bsc Bioinformatics and Data Science was not available in all colleges in here the positive thing about sathyabhama comes this college have literally every course that you are looking for what ever carrier you are looking for it has every course related to it also supportive staffs. They do have examinations before the admission process if you write those exams you can get some what deductions in your course fees to be frank there is no competition in sathyabhama like their admission process like this merit and stuffs there is nothing like that is there in this college so even if you don't write the exams also no problem you can still get admission anytime.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually this Bioinformatics and Data Science course is quite easy to study also the syllabus are available in the sathyabhama academics portal you can download the full course details from their or go to sist regulations type it in Google you will be able to download the full syllabus, course details and duration. The faculities are quite supportive but still some faculties are there who are like very hard to approach. But in case you need support I personally recommend Dr.R.Mahalekshmi mam she is very sweet and also help you with everything like if you have doubts or also help you with academic projects also and internships.
Internships Opportunities :
As I told the internship details will be given or be provided in the college whatsapp group which would be created once your classes begin. I had dis internship in ednue technologies it is nearby the college only you can contact them through their email
Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I had choosed Bsc Bioinformatics and Data Science course for me the fees structure was like for the 1st year the course fees is 80000 when it comes to the second year the course fees becomes 63000 or 65000 something in the final year the course fees becomes 60000. Based on my experience from studying there i was not charged any extra money for lab or anything I had only paid the yearly term fees which I mentioned above other than that I was not charged any additional money. But one thing attendance is compulsory if your attendance becomes less than 80% you will be charged with Rs.200 for every subjects end semester examination like what iam telling is that suppose you got below 80% attendance in your 2nd or 3rd semester when the end semester examinations comes they will charge Rs200 for each subject exam which you are going to write in that end semester so we should try the maximum to maintain a 80% attendance in each semester.
Campus Life :
Life at Sathyabama University is more or less quiet and academic orientated. For students who desire a structured learning environment, it may be well suited to their educational goals. Big events are held throughout the year on a selective basis, but one of the biggest highlights of the university is its flagship cultural festival. The Sathyabama Culturals are highly appreciated by students and act as a vibrant platform for enjoyment, creativity and student participation. Students from all backgrounds come together for this event which is a thrilling experience with lots of performances and activities. It is one of the most exciting events on campus and offers students meaningful experiences throughout their college journey.
Hostel Facilities :
I used the sathyabhama hostel for one year there are two hostels in sathyabhama one is AC and another one is Non AC . I opted Non AC the charges for Non AC is 1 lakh for one year this 1 lakh include everything like your mess fees like your residence fees everything they won't charge you any additional electricity or water bill. The Non AC hostel is quite ok-ok there are 5 members in one room . Water comes from morning 6 to 9 and evening 6 to 8 or 8.30 you will need to collect water in buckets as the water comes. In Saturday and Sunday you will be granted outing like you can go outside the college and you can either go for one day trip or to purchase anything.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
