A good choice for students pursuing Forensic Science
Remarks :
Admission process was simple , i applied through my CUET UG score , I got admission based on merit as i was from CUET so i got preferred in merit. For application , I visited university website where filled details , academics documents and all like a normal application process then paid the registration fee of 1200 rupees. It takes 7-10 days to generate merit list and finally got my admission offer letter. i was from CUET UG score merit , so i got 5% of fee relaxation.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Academics is best here as most of faculties are industry experts like for forensic they all having work experience in Field of forensic which helps us in gaining real insights regarding the field of forensic. Also they are approachable as i'm much more in research work they helps me in finding gaps in research and connection with leading forensic experts for industry insights.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I was selected for internship at Forensic Science lab Delhi, I was a great opportunity where i worked on real cases learned alot from forensic experts and got chance to interect with police officials regarding investigation.
Placement Experience :
placement opportunity is quite good here, in field of forensic most of job vacancies are after masters except cyber field, because for cyber there are lot's of companies who hires cyber forensic experts after graduation. I peronally choose to continue my masters so that i can get into FSLs.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fee for BSc (H) Forensic Science is 74000 exam fee is 20000 Yearly, 1000 for ID card and 2000 caution money, there is no extra fee like lab charge and all for the forensic Science. Scholarships are available, there is nothing like relaxation of fees based on category.
Campus Life :
Campus life at Galgotias university is very vibrant , as students comes from different parts of india carring their different cultures , traditions and backgrounds which makes campus more beautiful. Alots of international students are also there like from nepal , Different states of Africa. All year around technical fests , hackathons , seminars, and ofcourse cultural fests happens.

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
