My overall experience at Galgotias university.
Remarks :
I chose Galgotias university for its placement, industry exposure, campus environment and extra curricular opportunities. The admission process was smooth and based on academic merit I didn’t had to appear for any group discussion, interview, or written test which made the process quite simple.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose BTech car because of my interest in technology and the career opportunities it offer. The curriculum is decent with the mix of theory and labs. Most faculty are knowledgeable and helpful. Exam are held on time and are of moderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have explored internship opportunities through the college placement cell. Companies like tcs, Wipro, Accenture offer internship roles such as software developer intern, data analyst intern and QA intern stipend vary by company , generally ranging from 20000-30000 per month during internship students work on real world projects involving coding, testing, debugging and documentation which help in gaining practical industry experience.
Placement Experience :
Placement are decent, specially for CSE students. Students become eligible from around the 7th semester company like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture and tech Gemini visit the campus. The average package is around 5-6 LPA while top offers are much higher. My plan after completing the degree is to get a software engineering role and keep improving my skills.

Campus Life :
Campus life is good with active clubs, sports and cultural events. The annual fest unifest is usually held around March-April, the library have enough books and journals for academics and is inspired by open learning space. Classroom are based on active learning theme which make the education and learning more interactive and efficient.

The placement are nice, this year the Highest package was of 60 Lakh and the Average package was of 5.4 Lakh. There are a lot of internships oppourtinity also so you get to experience Industry work during you 3rd year which gives you a heads up.

course curriculum is really great as their subject and the topics directed to really new modern technologies and the subjects are very much updated. The faculties are very great. university provides decent placement opportunities. the placement cell conducts aptitude and verbal training, resume building, coding contests and mock interviews every semester. Many reputed companies visit the campus every year such as HCL Tech, cognizant, wipro, accenture, JP Morgan etc.
I didn't like Miet because of Its hectic schedule

Job opportunities are average only some big companies like Delloite , Infosys comes in our college for recurment but most the other companies offer very low package like 4 lpa . Placed student also get fired after a year or two year.

Placements and job opportunities are plethora of them as per my seniors feedback, I'm still venturing internship opportunities with my faculty and industry internship placement department. Though the average salary package goes upto 2500000 and ranges to 1cr plus. The eligibility for internships is 80 percent and above and for placements is 85 percent and above with no back logs. Recruiters such as Palo alto networks, Blackrock, Cisco and all. My plans are too get into a faang company with a good package to make my parents proud.
