My experience at KR Mangalam university
Remarks :
I chose this college because it’s reputation, campus facilities, course, curriculum and the opportunities it provides for practical learning and overall development. The location and the environment of the University also suited me. The admission process did not involve a group discussion. Personal interview are return entrance test for my admission, it was primarily based on my academic qualifications and the universities admission requirements.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I feel that the course curriculum provides good foundation for career and physiotherapy with a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. The academic environment is generally supportive and the security members help us understand the subject and develop our clinical knowledge. The university also provides good infrastructure and facilities for learning and practical training. Overall I believe the course gives students a good foundation for future studies and future career options in physiotherapy.
Internships Opportunities :
It includes clinical training and compulsory six month internship after completion of 4th Yr Di University provides opportunities for clinical exposure through hospitals. Centres and physiotherapy clinics. Internships opportunities have included institution such as Medanta Hospital, Paras Hospital, civil Hospital and Narayana super speciality Hospital opportunities. Allow students to gain hands on experience and patient assessment treatment and rehab rehabilitation under professional supervision.
Placement Experience :
The Bpt program provides good opportunities for clinical internships and practical exposure. Students get hands on experience through hospital and healthcare placement, which helps develop clinical skills and understand real patient care. It has internship and placement partnerships with hospitals such as Medanta, Narayana, Paras and other healthcare institutions. The University also provides placement assistance and career guidance to students. Overall the internship opportunities provide a useful foundation for starting career in physiotherapy.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Current list fee is 1.95, lakh per year. Current rate for four year tuition is 7.8,00,000 however, reserve the right to increase subsequent year fees by up to 10%. So the actual total for a student entering in 2026 could be higher potentially around nine lakh if the maximum increase were applied every year, there is some variation between general scholarship page and Bpt admissions page and how CUT categories are presented so I’d rely on this scholarship offer actually stated in your admission fee documents rather than assuming particular percentage for scholarship instalments. Continue beyond initial payment. KM requires things including 75% attendance, passing all subjects for proceedings semester. No disciplinary unfair means misconduct case.
Campus Life :
Campus life is good. Mix of academic social interaction, extra curricular activities. There are opportunities to meet new people make friends and participate in different college events and activities. The campus has good infrastructure, classrooms, laboratories, recreational spaces, and other facilities that support student life. Overall the campus environment is comfortable and provides good experience for both academic and social development.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel life has been good learning and social experience. The hostel rooms are re reasonably comfortable and provide basic facilities required for students. The hostel infrastructure is well maintained with common areas. Essential amenities available for residence. The mess provides regular meals with variety of food options. Although there is a room for improvement in terms of taste and variety, overall hostel life offers a convenient environment for students to live study and interact with others
