Likes
- I like that our college follows every culture and helps foreign students to know about our country’s cultural. If I take a small example, in Onam I could see foreign students wearing Kerala traditional outfits.
- We had a total of three floors of academic block which now have a 4th floor also since number of students have increased.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure and facilities I would say 10/10 but talking about the campus, I feel they should renovate the basketball court and the ground.
- There is nothing much, everything is perfect in our campus other than the ground and basketball ball court.
Remarks :
I got this college according to my CAT score, which is suppose to be more than 72%. And if we talk about other criteria’s then u should have more than 65% in 10th, 12th and in graduation. Once your score according to the above criteria is perfect then you will have to give a GD round which will be conducted by the BIMTECH professionals which is also the last criteria for the selection.
Course Curriculum Overview :
If I talk about the course then you can select any one amoung PGDM Core, PGDM-IB, PGDM-RM. All these courses will be covered by PHD Professionals and you will have a total of 6 semesters for two years. Teaching is really good as most of these professionals have industry exposure. You might get a scholarship if you have above 90% in CAT.
Internships Opportunities :
In BIMTECH your 4 semester is your internship time where many companies come for marketing, finance, operations and hr role. I am a marketing student and I have opted for around 15 companies till now. More than 50 companies will come for internship process.
Placement Experience :
Placement criteria is just that u should have more than 65% in your 10th, 12th and in graduation and u should maintain a 6.5cgpa/ above in all your semesters in BIMTECH. The average package in BIMTECH goes around 15-16 lacks and the at last more than 98% of students get placed. Rest 2% do not get placed just because of there academic scores.
Campus Life :
Hostel is compulsory in BIMTECH even if you live near to BIMTECH. Here we you will have three hostels, one for girls( which is inside the campus ), other one for boys ( which is just 2km away and you will have BIMTECH bus facility) and the last hostel is for the foreign students. You will be provided with food, gym, football/cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court and a separate cafeteria( other than mess ) inside the hostel.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
