Likes
- The infrastructure is worth the money, bennett is a greatly constructed university and they are constantly improving and building, the mess and the food is good, the hostels are good, the air conditioning is centralised, everything looks utilisable and aesthetically appealing, there’s infrastructure for study i.e your mac labs and other labs of various courses, there’s your moot court, we have great sports infrastructure including basketball courts indoor and outdoor, badminton, kabbadi, tt, ps4 in common room, sqaush, gym ofcourse, 3 of them and also halls where movies are premiered
- The campus life is actually great, theres no differences in genders, the students are well behaved and there’s a lot of fun in fests and campus life, hostellers tells us the night life in campus is amazing as they enjoy a lot with their friends.
Dislikes
- The management team is lacking, still lacking in their work, the fests are nice but the management always make a blunder.
- The entry system and timing restrictions of day scholars on special days should be looked upon and i dislike it a lot, they should opt face recognition and let loose a little on day scholars
Remarks :
The infrastructure and word of mouth made me choose this college to be honest and tours that i had seen online were convincing, in my case, there were no discussions interviews, or tests for admission
Course Curriculum Overview :
The scholarship scheme is quite helpful for middle-class students especially who are from sports quota, for the fees, I’d say it’s a bit over the top for the experience provided, but as for the school of management, the curriculum is very interactive and practical according to my experience, the academic experience and faculty has been quite good if the student is willing to study and faculty is extremely cooperative.
Placement Experience :
Although I am in the first year, what I have heard is to be eligible and stand out for final placements, you need to be good, although the placement offered by the university starts in 2nd year only, and even in 1st year you can be offered an internship in some institutions
Campus Life :
I am a day scholar but life at the campus has been quite a journey, fests are just amazing and the environment they bring is just admirable, there are numerous clubs and you can be a part of them, there is the cultural fest euphoria which is generally conducted in Feb- march, there is freshers week and party conducted whenever a new batch arrives which is in September and there is garbage night and many DJ nights conducted during Oct- Dec. there are clubs like Verve and Rivaaz which are dance clubs and there are tech clubs gaming clubs and many more, there’s gym swimming pool and yearly fest sports fest called portion conducted in Dec- Jan month, there is the student council page of Bennett on Instagram which has all the announcements. I live in a rented flat in Omicron, and it's quite nice from here

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
