Reality of the Condition of Law Students in the ISDC College of Allahabad University

- Only Faculty members and slightly infrastructure of new building but it is also without air conditioner system in classes except auditoriums
Dislikes
- Lack of infrastructure of whole college except law faculty but that is also not too good but okay....But tu he infrastructure of whole college is not good even in Law faculty no water cooler is there in summers after paying the more fees. no air conditioners in the classes of any faculty even in law faculty. college gate is also not too good. Faculties are appointed by University so they are far better and very knowledgeable and experienced
Remarks :
The infrastructure of the newly opened department of law at Iswar Saran Degree College is somewhere attractive....and the faculty members are so good and the students are also visionary ..that is the reason students of this college topped every year in the whole University...top rank holders of BALLB Hons are from ISDC not even from main campus...These were the main reasons by which I got attracted.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is just the same as on the main campus and other colleges...In the first 3 semesters, you'll be studying the subjects of arts and then you'll be introduced to law subjects as it is Ba.llb Hons which is a professional course.
Internships Opportunities :
Just make the connections by yourself with your skills...this doesn't focus on Placements but has an orientation towards government jobs like Judiciary for law students so there will be no opportunity for internships from this college. You just have to start from District Courts and make your CV good to get internships further by also participating in Extracurricular activities you can get internships easily..or give a regular application to the institute under which you have to do an internship...
Placement Experience :
I don't know about other departments but the Department of Law of this college ... is a new department..not a single batch has passed ...so we can't say but we can just presume that even the main campus doesn't have the scope of the placement for law students so what you can expect from the college... To get placement would campus placement you have to do more internships in courts and firms and commissions, do paper presentations, publish research papers, do participate in extra-curricular activities such as Moot court competitions, Parliamentary Debates, and Model United Nations which can build up your CV best for the off-campus placement in front of HR of that particular company or firm....otherwise for a government job you just have to pass your academics and clear the Govt job examination with their respective protocols. Campus Life :
See...It is a college only...and there is no special for which you'll be attracted to the campus....you can just roam the campus ..no restrictions are there. But in the evening Girls are restricted from entering campus for safety reasons. As it is a constituent College of Central University, in addition, it is in Allahabad...so there are no more fests by the colleges and there are no active clubs in the colleges for introducing competition, or extracurricular activities. there is only 1 annual function and no other events happen here Except Hindi Sahitya..otherwise no extracurricular activities are there even for law students.

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
