- The faculties are average and if you pay attention in class you can learn a lot, focus is given on the students wants and skill development from the start. Although an averagw college, if one works hard this college can provide a lot of opportunities for even sports. Very few colleges send their studnets on foreign University student exchange programs and this is one of them, I went to Bangkok for a mere price of 15k and I can tell it was worth it.
- The hostel life is also good and comfortbale their aren't any disturbances and your problems are heard and acted on although they may take time. Travelling around the ciry is also not very costly
Dislikes
- The curriculum comes a bit short from what is expected. The students aren't very determined on an average and although you will find good company, but little indiscipline is present(nothing very serious it is the case with all the colleges today)
- There isn't many facilities around the college and there isn't much to explore aorund the college immediately but nearby places like Varanasi, rewa etc are a must visit for the natural beauty. I wish there were more comapanies that woild come for placements and the facilities can be improved a bit although there is no end for improvements. There isn't a very good grievances cell and not an excellent administration but it works out in the end
Remarks :
I got into this college through direct entry, there was an online interview held and I was immediately told that I was selected You can get into this through jee counselling too but the fees structure is same and there isn't aylny reservation but if you have option to fill the national scholarship. I chose this uni becuase it was closer to home and it is the best private college in eastern Uttar Pradesh This college is affiliated to AKTU. And the faculties and facilities are average. Placenents are also average at best. The college campus is also nice with a small sports ground, hostels and library. Academicslly this is an overall average college but you do get good exposure to foreign trips also and participating in various events. But you will have to work hard by yourself in this college. It is built in an industrial area so there isn't much around the college, the main city is around 20kms front the campus if you wanna hangout.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My batch is the first for Ai&ML from this college so the syllabus is basically the same as the comp. Sci. One. There is few changes in subjects from 3rd year onwards but I cannot say for sure for my junior batches till now it has been the same. I chose this course due to the future scope and it's apllications. No doubt we will get some benefit during placements. The term exams are bit late for the first two years due to COVID but they catch up to time in the 3rd year, the even sems are shorter then the odd ones. The difficulty changes every year due to COVID the exams but pretty moderate in difficulty but AKTU(earlier UPTU) has been famous for hard papers and now they have started to become a bit harder. The fee overall hikes about 10k every-year but you pay the fee at which you were admitted this is excluding the hostel and bus charges.
Internships Opportunities :
After completion of every academic year the college offers summer training programs starting from 2000 ruppees and also qorkshops are frequently held for different fields. You can apply for internships after the completion of your 3rd year before that internships are discouraged and importance is given in developing skills and training programs. There are also foreign internships with scholarships for 15 days to Missouri, Bangkok and Spain in the 2nd and 3rd year.
Placement Experience :
For a few years the placements are not at the best levels. The average placement of this college is around 5 lpa for technical fields. Few popular companies that have come till now in my experience are TCS, Infosys, WIPRO, ultratech, daffodils and few more. The highest on campus package was 19LPA for a technical job, but that was in 2019 now the avergae is going down and olacements are getting harder and rarer. But if you work hard on campus you be guaranteed a min. 6LPA in my experience. The percentage of students placed in 2024 has been one of the lowest being at 30% every year around 70% get placed in some comapny or the other.
Campus Life :
We celebrate the founders fay every year on 13th April and one event called vayam in winters these are the main events where we have stage performances by celebrities. Rest few events here and there keep happening. Youth parliament also happens every year plus gaming tournaments aa well An yearly cricket tournament also takes place in the college ground. The library is great it isn't very big but it has air conditioning an activity centre, the campus recruitment cell and a sports complex on the top floor as well There is also the renowned toast master club in our college and an innovation hub for the people interested in projects of their own. There are 3 canteens in our campus although they are small they are sufficient honestly. There isn't much around the college except trees and a village. The hostel rooms are spacious and electricity is NOT a problem, ofc as everywhere the food quality is compromised there are common bathrooms, a mess and AC rooms as well the rooms are overprice

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
