- The teachers and other staff of the college is very helpful and friendly. The campus life in the college is amazing only because of the friend in the college and the great teachers and seniors.
- The infrastructure is quite good as Wi-Fi facility in the library, High tech computer labs.
Dislikes
- The Campus area is small compared to other colleges like Khalsa College, Mahindra College in the region.
- The Placements are also below average as they do not offer good salary package.
Remarks :
I had chosen this college because it has a very good reputation among other colleges in the region and especially for Commerce students opting for B.COM, B.COM Hons, BBA, M.COM. The teachers here are very good and helpful as I had consulted about the college with the few seniors who had just passed out from this college. I had faced only a group discussion with the teachers who helped me in taking an appropriate Academic course and guided me with the procedure for enrollment to that particular course. But I haven't faced any Interview or Written Test for admission because of my merit as I had scored 93.6% in my 12th standard.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the B.COM course after my 12th standard graduation because I want to give my full attention to a professional course along with Graduation and that is CMA (Cost and Management Accountant). And the B.COM course syllabus is very much familiar to my professional course. The teachers in the college are very friendly and helpful and well educated. All the teachers in my course have Post Graduated and have cleared the UGC Net exam. The exams were timely conducted, and MST was conducted two times a semester which helped to revise the whole syllabus wisely and the level of the exam and test was moderate. I haven't experienced a fee hike as such during my course. I received a scholarship based on my merit which is a central scholarship named NSP (National Scholarship Program). And I received a total of Rs.12000 Per year for 3 years. The college officials helped me to have this scholarship and this scholarship requires a minimum of 80% in the 12th standard.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship in the college based on my graduation. Internship opportunities are available with the college as many companies come to the college to recruit students for various positions. Companies such as ICICI Prudent Life Insurance, Cogneesol, and much more. The average package offered by them is very low at Rs.10000-12000 Per month. They conduct various tests and interviews to select compatible students for their companies.
Placement Experience :
The college provides placements and job opportunities in the last year of the course. Many companies come to the college and conduct various tests and interviews to select the students for their companies. Some of the companies that came to the college this year are ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Cogneesol, and much more. The average package they offer is Rs.12000 per month. In my class of 70 students, only 10-12 students have been offered internships. My plan after getting the degree is to focus on my professional degree which is CMA (Cost and Management Accountant).
Campus Life :
The fest in the college is conducted only two times a year and the fest is well organized and highly entertaining for the students and the teachers too. Both students and teachers dance on the floor and enjoy the live music but the freshers is not organized and the farewell is organized quite beautifully with a lot of games and a DJ. The books and journals are available in the library, but the books are not in good condition and of very old editions in the library. The college participates in sports and extracurricular activities but not as much. Only social groups such as WhatsApp groups and Snapchat groups are created by the teachers and students to be socially active and to share important information with the students and teachers. I didn't like the food quality and menu in the college canteen. There are three canteens on the campus, one for the girls, one for the teachers, and one for both boys and girls.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
