- *Faculty is good and Friendly *College Campus is large enough to roam
- *Hostels are good , Better food and time table management.
- *Campus life is average, Since its placed in outer area of Lucknow, so u wont enjoy going outside on a daily routine.
Dislikes
- *Except the professors , The other faculties aren't friendly at all .
- *The paperworks are to be done in Saraswati block , So you would cry running from Ganga to Sarswati block .
- *Hostel timings for Going out and In should be managed, As student feel as a cage inside .
Remarks :
*since I was interested in Java coding so I chose BCA. *There is a common University test that is taken every year for admission in the college affiliated with the University of Lucknow, since I was in the COVID batch, the exams were cancelled and the selections were merit-based. I haven't got the main campus NPG college, so I chose SMS so I chose SMS Lucknow. *I have selected this college because of its recognition in NAAC. *The college faculty is good and the placements are based on your performance.
Course Curriculum Overview :
*I chose this course because I love coding in Java and since it's a 3-year course it is perfect for me *The faculty is well-qualified and the teaching method is very friendly and understandable. They even interact with the students if they have problems regarding their academic studies and placements. *Exams include sessional exams tests assignments and semester exams, sessional germs are taken at least one month before the semester for the preparation of students. The difficulty level was average. *During my academics there is no fee hike. The total fees cost about 190000 and other fees including examination fees for the semester is 4000 rs. *You can apply for the scholarships and in our batch, the ones who have applied properly, have got the scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college hasn't provided any internships, They just recommended us for the ACMEGRADE internship company. *I have completed an Internship from BHARAT INTERN for web development. *My projects during internships include a personal Portfolio, a Temperature converter website, and a Wi-Fi landing page.
Placement Experience :
*Placements are based on our performance, a student can't be placed if he doesn't put in his effort, Many students went for master's and 20% of them got placed, Since the Recession in the IT industry is going on placements are less. *Many Companies including TCS, HCL, ZOMATO, DELOITTE, MOBILOITTE etc have recruited students . *I am planning to get a placement course which is a better option for good placements for experience. *Average package was -2L.P.A and maximum was ?6 l.p.a
Campus Life :
*Campus life is good, We have bunked many classes in our 2 years but due to some irregularities, Strictness has been imposed and we weren't allowed to bunk any classes. *Every 4-5 months a fest is conducted for enjoyment and extracurricular activities, Some include AAGAMAN and more like these, Many celebrities are also invited including Aditya Rikhari. *Every book related to academics is present in the library and the management of the library is way better. Many sports competitions are conducted like Cricket, volleyball, Kabaddi etc. *We have spent our first year in a hostel, The Food menu is the best, We get Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks at 4:00 pm and Dinner. *Food quality is good but can be improved, and it contains a Gym above the mess, Which is F.O.C, so you save at least 800-1000 a month for the gym. *For admission in hostels, During course admission they would ask for a hostel. *I have rented a room with my friends in Ahmamau Lucknow, It wasted our remaining years.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
