Indian Veterinary Research Institute - A great institute for Veterinary education.
Likes
- First I just loved the campus. It is lush green campus spread in a lot of acres of natural beauty.
- Teachers here are experienced scientists which is nowhere in Indian Veterinary colleges.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities and other co curricular activities are less here.
- Some hostels are great but some are in bad condition.
Remarks :
The admission is completely based on the NEET exam. Cutoff remains around 600 for general students and 570-590 for OBC and EWS students. After passing the cut off you have to attend offline counseling at the University where fees and hostel allotment are done.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Truly I wanted to have an MBBS college but after knowing and studying about veterinary, I got to know this college. This is a very fine college in veterinary education as there are a lot of well-equipped labs and teachers for guidance, no students are also not much so that is also a good thing. Fees are also very fine.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship is provided by the University firstly in its own IVRI hospital and other state universities. Great learning is provided in an internship as the patient outflow is very here in IVRI. Overall internship is good here.
Placement Experience :
Veterinarians have a large opportunity in their career if he or she knows about treating the animals. A good amount of government jobs are there, private sector jobs, food-industry jobs, farms, further studies, and own clinics are some of the opportunities.
Campus Life :
The campus is so great here. College is spread in a large area where a lot of farms are there, and a lot of labs are there. Ground for playing, basketball courts, volleyball courts and a lot more. There are very few restrictions for students and college is present in the city where essential commodities can be found near to College.

My Experience at Galgotias University
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

College Diary
Placement Experience :
In the final years some placements are coming for skilled students who have work experience After the degree the lowest package was around 3.5Lpa and the highest was around 10 lpa. Many production house are hiring actors assistant directors editors as well as cinematographers but the thing is no big major production house are entering colleges for placements.its easy to get placement as editor cameraman but being an actor and director one has to prove themselves and hàs to build their own portfolio as the lesson college taught us is one can only only help oneself and the college is just for degree.
About my college
Course Curriculum Overview :
It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
