- Infrastructure and the faculty are main aspects that make an university eligible for rating and yes it is an university which is remarkably better than any other government colleges because you are paying to get what you deserve. Faculty is highly professional and will help you in every possible way.
- Campus life is not for the ones who get themselves indulged in their academics, these things are materialistic and you can skip those if you really want to get into big companies because at the end no one is gonna ask you your life at the campus though it is great in our university but at the end it is you who will shape their career.
Dislikes
- Campus life also includes flexible class timings but in the case of our institution this is not the case, there is no such concept as flexibility in our institute a student must reach till 8.45 am everyday irrespective of their professor is taking the lecture or not if its is published in your timetable you will have to come and the last class stretches upto minimum 5 pm so be ready mentally that you will have no time to relax and chill.
- Infrastructure is overall good but our institute is not good with their washrooms part, you will get an average public washroom if get yourself enrolled in our programme.
Remarks :
Overall campus has good infrastructure to follow as you may have seen in the advertisements but some institutes inside the campus such as ABCD blocks lack good hygiene practices, though amity provides you with great services inside the campus hostellers are bound to some strict rules such as a student cannot apply for an outpass if he or she has their classes published even though the prof is on leave. Crazy facial recognition systems have made our lives too difficult to deal with. Though Amity is a good place and claims to have a 100% placement record this is not true. Placements are provided based on students' academic journey and their overall personality so don't get lured after seeing the advertisements that Amity runs on every social media platform, every university has its deep and dark secrets that they won't even mention in their brochure but the university has a lot of diverse cultures that will help you to face the outside world.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The fees are overall high when compared to other colleges but you are getting what you are given, the professors are hired when they complete their PhD and the faculty is very sharp and helpful. There are different types of exams to examine the capabilities in the institutions within the university but offline end-semester exams are compulsory and require good academic skills to clear all of your exams End-semester exams happen every five months after the commencement of a new semester. There are various scholarships that a student can apply based on their previous academic achievements. To enjoy perks in every semester a student must get into the top 3 of his or her batch to continue with the scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
You have to look out for internship opportunities yourself no one can help you with that though it is compulsory to do an internship after the third year you can opt for it in the second year too students apply there contacts or contact hospitals and industries to check for the availability of internships
Placement Experience :
Placements are based on the overall academic journey and the personality of a student. No one can give you free income if you have not worked hard enough for it. A student with average or above average can get a job if their overall personality and communication surpass the academic success
Campus Life :
The campus life is good but one with a professional course like this will not get enough time to roam around or have fun except for hostellers, day scholars can get exhausted after their day there are no social clubs or any clubs in our institute to talk about food you can have the best or the worst everything depends on your pockets although mess is normal. Every year students compete in sports and it is named as sangathan so if you are good at sports and can handle both studies and sports Sangathan is for you.

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
